I don't see how we can do without Arcane Adaptation, we need it to get a layer for Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep. Unfortunately, we can't use Yarok, the Desecrated since it is a black legendary. Can we get started without Kykar? It looks quite difficult.

It should be okay with Molderhulk. Molderhulk can keep bringing back Emergence Zone, while Grow from the Ashes can put basic lands into play, but we can't destroy them easily.
Edit: Wait - we can get more proliferate triggers when we Replicate an animated land. So we need to make sure that animating a land is more expensive than proliferation and white mana. Hmm, looking at cards that can animate lands, most of them are too cheap. Nissa is expensive enough, but it can untap Rakdos Guildgate unfortunately. Clan Guildmage perhaps? Unfortunately, Clan Guildmage can be fetched by both Teshar and Militia Bugler. So we would have to move away from those two creatures for Clan Guildmage to be expensive enough. Hmmm, could we go back to the idea of having multiple Kaya's Ghostforms? We do need to keep around Citywatch Sphinx, Tragic Poet, and Evolution Sage for the proliferation triggers - but I think we can get around using Gyre Engineer. But we still need Gyre Engineer for the stage to work properly I believe. So, is there some way to fetch Gyre Engineer without fetching Clan Guildmage? Vivid Renewal can fetch Gyre Engineer, but it can also fetch Clan Guildmage. Is there something that can fetch a creature with power 1 or toughness 1?
We could go back to pattern matcher, but the deck is already super full.
Waker of the Wilds can't be fetched, but can easily destroy the basic plains.
Tezzeret's gatebreaker can fetch blue creatures. (because we only have one mox we can go back to mystic forge to cast this from the top)
Unfortunately we only get one trigger so we need 2 reshuffles to get both Sphinx and Gyre Engineer. I dont think there are any issues with freely drawing blue cards? Edit: hmm Slinn Voda might be too cheap now? but it needs both molderhulk and evolution sage.
Edit: Hmm, Tezzeret's Gatebreaker can fetch Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep, so that seems to be a problem. But, I think Waker of the Wilds is actually okay. Yes, we can destroy a basic plains with it, but to continue the combo, we need to reshuffle with a Wrath Nova, which will kill Waker of the Wilds, so we won't get it back until another Aid the Fallen.
I think getting slinn voda might be ok, but waker of the wilds is probably better anyway.
Need to swap Vampire neonate for vicious rumors, to prevent the 'helpful' opponent getting us DQed. Also we are recycling Molderhulk, not World Shaper.
It looks like 1 copy of replicate is enough? anything super tricky we can finagle with doublecast or by spending an extra reshuffle. And there's nothing we need to stifle.
We are low on cards that can target an opponent's Thorn Lieutenant, but Bladebrand and Switcheroo are good enough.
With only the stage combo artifacts, Mystic forge doesn't look very good, I think going back to a second saga is more optimal?
Dreadhorde Butcher can convert the storm into killing them in the end step so we have that covered as well.
So, I was going over the new combo again, and I noticed a problem. For Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep to keep returning Molderhulk, Molderhulk needs to stay on the battlefield to be returned. But, when Molderhulk goes into play, its ETB triggers go onto the stack on top of all the Slinn Voda triggers, so we have to resolve those first. And to properly make use of those triggers, we have to reshuffle, which requires a Wrath Nova. But that will kill the Molderhulk.
I've been trying to think of a way around that, to no avail. Llanowar Scout has to be activated before it gets returned, so its abilities will also go onto the stack on top of the Slinn Voda triggers. I don't see a way to keep Replicate copies of Llanowar Scout or Molderhulk on the battlefield while we return the originals. Spark Double or Mirror Image doesn't help that either.
Hmmm... I think if we have both Lumbering Battlement and Kaya's Ghostform, we will probably go infinite, since Lumbering Battlement can exile whatever we want, including Molderhulk, and we can place a Kaya's Ghostform on it. Then a Wrath Nova will basically bring our other creatures onto the battlefield and then back to exile again, and Molderhulk's ETB ability will trigger. Although actually, we may need to Wrath Nova when Molderhulk comes back onto the battlefield to take advantage of the ETB... okay, I'm not actually quite sure whether it goes infinite or not. But probably.
If we don't have Kaya's Ghostform, then I don't think that Lumbering Battlement quite solves our problem. We can exile Molderhulk with Lumbering Battlement to prevent Molderhulk from going to the graveyard, but then Lumbering Battlement will go to the graveyard instead, so we need to retrieve Lumbering Battlement somehow to do it again. So either way we need to retrieve a creature from the graveyard/library.
Edit: Ooh wait, let's say we use something like Llanowar Scout or World Shaper rather than Molderhulk. So, we put Llanowar Scout onto the battlefield. We Replicate it to make a bunch of copies. Then we exile the original with Lumbering Battlement. Next, we resolve a Slinn Voda trigger to return Lumbering Battlement to our hand, and a trigger for the original Llanowar Scout coming back to the battlefield goes on the stack. Now we have a window where both the Lumbering Battlement and the original Llanowar Scout are not on the battlefield. But, the Slinn Voda trigger also returned the Llanowar Scout copies back to our hand, so they are gone as well. And I don't see how to make copies with Llanowar Scout off the battlefield. Hmmph.
Oh wait.. we can use World Shaper instead, and because it is a Merfolk, the token copies won't get returned with a Slinn Voda trigger! So, while both Lumbering Battlement and the original World Shaper are off the battlefield, we cast a Wrath Nova to destroy all the World Shaper copies, and a bunch of triggers go on the stack. I think that works!
Interesting, though i think that lets us save too much in the stage, because a token of the battlement can hide all of our nontoken creatures from a wrath.
So we can exile the disposable card list, plus Wayward Swordtooth, Gideon, Karn, Kykar, and the Leyline of Abundances. So that should get our final damage to more than 10 -> 10 -> 19 -> 12.
Both cards are interesting, but I'm not sure how Seal Away would enable Slinn Voda to get a layer.
Hmm, Bishop of Binding. I guess the difference is that we will need to play Dowsing Dagger, animate it, create a bunch of copies, then Switcheroo multiple creatures to the opponent, if we want to exile away multiple creatures with the Bishop. I guess we also can't exile the original Bishop with a token, since we can't Replicate the Bishop if we transfer it over to the opponent. So it looks like this is promising.
Hmm, what if we have Kaya's Ghostform? Having to animate the Dagger means that we can't exile away both the Sphinx and the World Shaper during the stage, so that's good at least. But, there's always the possibility that we can abandon the stage and still get an infinite. I'll have to think about it some more.
yeah, I am just stretching to get things that temporarily exile a creature. I think Dowsing dagger has to be cut if we can animate the land it makes, though I suppose we only get to flip it once, so it might be fine actually?
Spark double makes the bishop lines (diagonals) scary, but we need to have spark double be a Naban to be able to exile multiple things, and spark double only copies our things. Some line like bishop, spark double bishop, give them stuff+bishop, replicate our spark double bishop, exile all the stuff we gave them. might be troubling, but I think it requires 2 copies of Replicate?
I'd really like to be able to keep this 13th layer, but if we have to go back to the Sarkhan deck at least that's still mostly written up.
Yeah, Spark Double plus Bishop of Binding seems like it might go infinite. We can maybe get away with just one copy of Replicate, by resolving a bunch to create copies of various creatures, then casting Switcheroo to transfer Thorn Lieutenant to the opponent, target it some more times to create a bunch of tokens on the opponent's side, resolve some copies to transfer our creatures to the opponent's side, then resolve a Replicate to copy the Spark Double.
So yeah, this is looking pretty dicey.
Another issue is, how we are going to keep our other creatures around cheaply, without being able to keep Bishop of Binding around cheaply. We could use Teshar to bring back Tragic Poet, Gyre Engineer, and Evolution Sage. But we still need something to bring back Citywatch Sphinx and Teshar. I think you had an idea that maybe Tezzeret's Gatebreaker does not go infinite with Slinn Voda? Or maybe we could use Seal Away on Citywatch Sphinx. But, that still leaves the problem of how to bring back Teshar, or the other creatures if we don't have Teshar. I don't think we can use Seal Away on Teshar, since then we wouldn't get Teshar back after a Wrath Nova, so we wouldn't get Tragic Poet, and we would be in trouble after a Purify Nova. The only thing I can think of is a Kaya's Ghostform on Teshar. But, I imagine that Kaya's Ghostform on Bishop of Binding probably goes infinite.
Other thoughts: Thinking about using the opponent's creatures, what about Academy Journeymage? Unfortunately, without Bolt Bend, the Journeymage can only return a particular creature card once, no matter how many times it triggers. And with Bolt Bend, we can respond to the ETB trigger by transferring the Journeymage to the opponent, and using Bolt Bend to redirect the target onto the Journeymage. So it looks like this doesn't work.
Another thought was Rona, Disciple of Gix. Rona can exile itself, but the thought was that we need black mana to cast it, which we wouldn't necessarily have - except that Rona is a black Legend, so we DO have cheap black mana. Is there a nonlegendary card similar to Rona? Hostage Taker is somewhat similar, except you can cast cards from exile with mana of any color, so being black is not a barrier to casting it.
Edit: Hmm, Abbot of Keral Keep seems to be along the lines of what I was looking for. It's red, so we need to go with the Banefire deck. So we can cast Abbot of Keral Keep, and it will get a lot of ETB triggers thanks to Yarok. Each trigger allows us to cast a creature, which we will choose to be our land recycling creature, probably World Shaper. The Abbot can exile itself, but we won't be able to cast it cheaply. So this is the idea.
Unfortunately, the problem again is, how to fetch all our other creatures cheaply without being able to keep the Abbot around. The Abbot is small and cheap, so that seems to rule out Teshar and Militia Bugler. So I don't know how to keep the other creatures around, short of Kaya's Ghostform.
Edit: Whoops, Abbot of Keral Keep is not in Standard. Dark-Dweller Oracle is, but it allows us to sacrifice a creature basically for free, which is too good.
The idea with Tezzeret's Gatebreaker was that it can't find Molderhulk or Evolution Sage or Tragic poet, and we can only save one with the Kaya's Ghostform. But it doesn't work as once we draw them once, we can just keep them in hand until we are about to Slinn Voda, and they never get wrathed away.
So what we really need is a kicker gravedigger or for Thicket Elemental to be standard legal. But it looks like we don't have access to a card like that...

Need to swap Vampire neonate for vicious rumors, to prevent the 'helpful' opponent getting us DQed. Also we are recycling Molderhulk, not World Shaper.

Nuts.
Could this be fixed with something like lumbering battlement to exile molderhulk?
lumbering battlement itself essentially lets all of our creatures survive the stage so its probably not a good option
Welp, if we can't find a fix for this, I guess we go back to the Slinn Voda-less Sarkhan deck.

So we can exile the disposable card list, plus Wayward Swordtooth, Gideon, Karn, Kykar, and the Leyline of Abundances. So that should get our final damage to more than 10 -> 10 -> 19 -> 12.
Seal Away can maybe work?
Hostage Taker can untap the mox so its definitely infinite.
Rona, Disciple of Gix has a similar problem, as she basically turns into Future Sight with her tap ability.
