Since battlebond is out of print, I decided to splurge and get one last big hurrah in on the set since it was one of the few ones that felt worth opening. I was expecting a bunch of crappy packs with some janky stuff to play around with, and instead I ended up with...
I don't remember a time I pulled so well since my time with the last New Phyrexia Phat Pack on the shelf at the Gaming Goat in Dekalb.
To illustrate the point, I paid about 50 dollars for the 12 packs and figured it was worth the nostalgia tax. Instead, I managed to pull over 70 dollars worth of cardboard from them going by market price.
