Ok I'm not trying to bore anyone with a story people don't care about, I was digging through some of my old stuff at my parents place and found probably the worst 60 card deck ever made(I say 60 card because I'm sure everyone as kids made that stack of 100 or 200 of all your cards that sucked lol).
Short story. I played from around Antiquities/Revised up until Alliances(I moved the summer before Mirage came out and the new school I went to didn't have an MTG scene). Then I played briefly from the summer in between invasion/Odyssey(I don't remember if Odyssey was out yet) and quit during Mirrodin. Didn't like Onslaught block or Mirrodin at all, didn't like the new card face but I'm not here to argue about that.
Anyways long story short I had a friend who bought a box of homelands for cheap back in like early 96 probably, alliances wasn't out yet but I remember it was close since they were liquidating their homelands stock(lol). Anyways I was opening it with him and I noticed all those crappy homelands lands, long story short I made a joke about making an artifact deck based on them that would be bad on purpose. Anyways they sucked so he just gave me a few of them along with probably a couple other homelands cards, didn't take me long to trade for the rest of the deck.
I won very few games with it, I'd estimate probably like 3 wins and probably like 70 losses lol. I remember I beat my friends necropotence deck because he got mana screwed and only had like 3 swamps the entire game. lol.
Pics since they're big lol
Didn't even have penny sleeves for the deck, found it literally sitting in a pair of my old shoes bound together with a rubber band.
If you thought this post was annoying or I posted in the wrong section, sorry.
If you think this is the worst 60 card deck ever please boost my ego.
I’m a big fan of the Rhinos. Figured that had to mean you’d lucked into some Mishra’s Workshops, but no, 19 lands with major drawbacks... that’s pretty much the same, right?

I bought exactly 1 pack of antiquities in my life(the first pack I bought along with a revised starter) so no, I didn't have mishra's workshop lol. If I did I would have sold it instead of putting it in this crap deck.
Antiquities had a very small print run, especially where I live. Never saw much of it(or legends/the dark for that matter but they were more common).
One thing that really stands out to me is the two copies of Ashnod's Transmogrant. Why? I kind of figured you wanted to make the worst deck you could think of where every card was still functional, instead of running two literally dead cards (unless I'm missing something there are no targets for it in the entire deck).

Clockwork Steed can't be blocked by artifact creatures. You use it on your opponent's creature.
I'll give points for creativity but take away double the amount for the level of jank involved. It didn't even occur to me because just... why would you ever set out to do that?
I mean, to be fair, there was a time I thought they were okay, and decent budget color-fixers since there wasn't a think like taplands back then, and painlands were pretty expensive (besides, why would you wanna take DAMAGE for mana?)

My starting point back then was 4 Scaled Wurm, 4 Craw Wurm, 4 Fireball, 4 Disintegrate and a Colossus of Sardia. Later I got some Crash of Rhinos and Rootbreaker Wurms, which were obvious locked picks. It was terrible. So like a real pro, instead of changing the deck, my friends changed the rules of the game so we could play with our big dumb wurms, Legends and Ihsan’s Shades
Edit: Wait. This is deliberately bad by someone who knows better? Meh. Who could care

TBH with you I literally have no idea.
Clockwork Steed
There'd have to be a way to make the Steed not an artifact first.

But 14 of them.... Yeeesh.
Dude, this is an era where Unstable Mutation was considered a removal spell
Alternatively: 56 Swamps and a playset of One with Nothing.
Or 60 (well... 40 back then) Rukh Eggs and zero mana sources. But... that was actually a viable deck once so I guess it doesn't count.
