Seeing that the Commander's Arsenal was a superb product, should Wizards do it again for maybe Standard or any format like Deckbuilder's Arsenal?
I think making a product like Commander's Arsenal works great for eternal formats and they need it badly. The eternal formats need products that have new card printings that bypass/skip the Standard format all together. Like how the 56 cards in Commander skip Modern and Standard. Putting new cards/reprints intended for Eternal formats into Standard-legal products is counter-productive for all formats involved. I believe that if WoTC wants a healthier game overall they must make more dedicated product lines that provide content for eternal formats, whose cards skip Standard entirely.
Standard is the problem with Magic as far as I'm concerned, as an exclusively Eternal format player. I think it's a mistake on WoTC's behalf to put so many cards with crossover demand into Standard legal products and even at that, the number of new Modern/Legacy/Vintage viable cards we get in a year via Standard products is a pittance. It's a slap in the face to all Eternal format players. It's time to open new channels of card flow into Eternal formats besides the largest quantity of printings each year AKA Standard.
EDIT: When I say "I think it's a mistake on WoTC's behalf to put so many cards with crossover demand into Standard legal products" I say this from the perspective that there is a better reality for all of us to strive for, than what we're currently used to. We need a new paradigm. WoTC you need to make this change, Battlebond is a good start but we need more. Eternal players need more.
Seeing that the Commander's Arsenal was a superb product
Commander's Arsenal had a horribly bungled delivery. My LGS at the time -- one of the largest in the country, which broke regional prerelease attendance records on multiple occasions -- was allocated a grand total of three Commander's Arsenals by Wizards.
Instead of selling his copies for inflated prices or going first-come-first-serve on his 3 copies of the product, my LGS owner used them as prizes for three different events, one of which was the (free) Commander league that I was running.
Yeah, what I'm saying is, Commander's Arsenal was a mistake from soup to nuts.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Wouldn't all of these issues be fixed by simply giving the new Commander's Arsenal a more reasonable print run? Because that was ultimately the big problem with Commander's Arsenal, a ridiculously small print run.
What they need is something like the arsenal that combines reprints with new cards and crafted in the same way. The issue with pure reprint products is that the reprint product is almost always judged on the value of the contents and not what can be done with the contents. That means in order to sell the box, it has to have a significant amount of value being packed in it: Like a 50 usd box would need at least 150-200 usd worth in cards given they'd probably put at least a few cards that are just high cost due to scarcity. Plus the product has to be judged on the scale of a booster box: would a player rather buy a booster box of a current set; or buy the sealed box product with a set of selected, premium cards?
