yes and no. that has the info but its split across 325 pages. Ideally i would like just a table with every card ever printed. Basically the back end table that feeds that.
You could certainly use http://mtgjson.com for this purpose; it contains exactly the information you want. However, it is in raw json format and it's very unwieldy to handle since there's hundreds of thousands of lines of it, but technically, yes, you could convert that json to csv and import it into excel. (If you want a more searchable version of that same information, that's what I made http://mtg-hunter.com for).
