Yeah, unfortunately the Spellweaver Volutes trigger one at a time, so all our spell copies of our instants will be grouped together. Auratog being white will nullify our white mana stage, and Crystal Chimes / Skull of Orm will nullify the blue mana stage with our blue mana enchantments, so the combo will eliminate both extra stages.
Hmm, possibly we can use Together Forever to bounce Drake Familiar whenever it's sacrificed to its own ability; but this goes infinite with Mana Echoes. Switching to Brightstone Ritual could work. It cuts off red, but it looks like green isn't used at the moment anyway so doesn't look like it actually loses a layer or stage.

But, we need to bring Desolation Giant back to the graveyard to do that, which may not be fast enough.

The obvious thing is to go back to Vedalken Orrery - but that presents a problem when we resolve Retract. We can get Orrery back by putting a Dual Nature trigger on the stack, but, that won't resolve until our entire stack of Retracts has resolved, so I don't believe we can make the stage work with that.
It's possible things could still work, since we only need not to be able put Vedalken Orrery onto the battlefield when creatures are destroyed, not when artifacts are returned to our hand. We could conceivably make things work with cards like Copper Gnomes, Thran Temporal Gateway, and Shimmer Myr - but all of those are artifacts, unfortunately. So, I'm not sure what to do at the moment.

For some reason I though that donating the Tidal Barracuda made it so we cant cast spells, but that's not how the card works. (edit... unless we are going off on our opponent's turn! but that actually ruins the APNAP quirk we are relying on for computation to work)

Eldrazi Displacer would be nice, and would not go infinite if we paired it with Mana Crypt instead of Mana Echoes. Of course, we would need some way to update our numbers to the computation. We could use Brightstone Ritual, but that would give us easy red, which would allow us to cast Recoup cheaply... I think that's an infinite even if we switch to green for the hyperstage. Any other possibilities for updating? I thought about cards that keyed off of creatures that died, but none of the Zuberas quite work, nor do creatures like Kabahl Ghoul that don't work until the end step. Bloodcrazed Paladin is the closest to working, but it has flash unfortunately.
If we can't find a way around it, we can just give up green, which is not too big a deal.
Edit: Oh, I guess I don't actually know how we would bounce Master Thief so that it could enter the battlefield when we want it too. Even Soul Separator is too slow, as we need to resolve a Pull from Eternity in order to make more Master Thiefs, and we can't mix the Thousand-Year Storm triggers of Pull from Eternity with those of Retract, since Spellweaver Volute doesn't allow them to be cast at the same time. How can we ruin the computation with Copper Gnomes? Oh, I guess the opponent can sacrifice it if they have the mana. So, with either Copper Gnomes or Eldrazi Displacer, we would need to find a way to switch out of Mana Echoes.
Hmm, do we have a way to take creatures back from the opponent? If so, we can go Predator Ooze + take back creature + Power Conduit + Everflowing Chalice to gain a lot of colorless mana, although that is quite a few cards. Unfortunately, Predator Ooze is also green - is there a nongreen solution to this?
It would be simpler of course if we can simply take advantage of the toughness/power of creatures, but I don't know how to do that.
We could use a mutate card to make Vedalken Orrery be a nonartifact; only issue is that it needs to be able to be returned to hand (or somewhere else it could be cast from)

Edit: Unless we can save at least one card slot in the above version, we are getting 6 layers or less with that version, so it seems like we can do at least as well with Prophet of Kuphrix:
Adding Phyrexian Metamorph gives us one too many artifact creatures, if we want to keep Precursor Golem for use with Reality Spasm. (Right now I don't see what better to do with the extra slots.) So I switched to Acorn Harvest for a payment of 3 life, since we are using up green anyway. That puts us at one artifact creature too little, so we add something random I guess.
If there is a non-artifact creature that we can replace Platinum Emperion with, that would save a card.

I think it needs to be innate indestructability, as otherwise we can give it to our necromancer or Vedalken Orrery and ruin everything.

Adding Phyrexian Metamorph gives us one too many artifact creatures, if we want to keep Precursor Golem for use with Reality Spasm. (Right now I don't see what better to do with the extra slots.) So I switched to Acorn Harvest for a payment of 3 life, since we are using up green anyway. That puts us at one artifact creature too little, so we add something random I guess.
If there is a non-artifact creature that we can replace Platinum Emperion with, that would save a card.
Edit: Hmm, I guess we can still use Fountain of Cho, rather than Raugrin Triome and Gauntlet of Might, saving a card and allowing us to add a second Reality Spasm.
Edit: I think we can use Moraug, Fury of Akoum to replace both Sphinx of the Second Sun and Awakening, since it both gives us more combat phases, and gives us a bunch of untaps on each combat phase. So that saves us a card, and we can add Harness the Storm and Bolt Bend to give another layer to the Reality Spasm.
