I am considering replacing the Consuming Aberrations in my UB mill deck with Sewer Nemesiss.
What do you guys think? Obviously Consuming Aberration is better in a game with multiple people, but I only play 1v1's most of the time anyway.
Also, Consuming has more mill, so is the one less blue mana worth it?
The thing is, mill and damage don't really work well together in a deck. As such, if you're playing a mill deck, both creatures are not worth cost for the primary ability (ie potentially large creature). Something that increases your mill or suvivability is likely a better option (again, need to see the list first).

I generally prefer Sewer Nemesis. However, I think that both Aberration and Nemesis are worse than Jace's Phantasm, Nihilith, and Nighthowler.

Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
