As we all know, the usual wedge color order (BGW, like on Doran, the Siege Tower) was changed for the Khans block (WBG, like on Duneblast).
My question is this - is the 'usual' order (BGW), pre-Khans, the official order now, or is the Khans wedge order (WBG)the new normal? The new Sarkhan maintained Temur color order so... is this the new normal or just a one-block aberration?
This isn't a rulings question, as color order on mana costs have no effect on gameplay, just for flavor emphasis.
As far as my opinion goes, I don't think there is enough evidence for one or the other. Alara was the only other block to really have a three-color focus on the modern, guideline-based blocks, so I don't think we can really conclude too much.

Yeah, color order is not something based on rules. As far as the rules are concerned, any order is 'right'. So that's purely a design/templating question.
Based on what I read on Matt Tabak's (the rules manager) tumblr, which order they will use in future sets is something they will determine when needed.
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Modern:
RG Titanshift. A deck made of cards too stupid for EDH.
