Why does Floral Spuzzem get to choose if it destroys an artifact? I once waited days for an answer from it.
I'm guessing it's gone through the defenses but then it sees a tasty artifact it want to wrap its arms(?) around. But you as the controller can chose if it does that or just continues on to the opponent.

First come the goblins. Hordes of them. But soon the ramp produced by xenagos attracts monstrous token-producing hydras. Towering over the battlefield, these 12-headed killing machines are protected 2 archetypes of endurance as they crash any resistence left
Emrakul has protection from colored spells, not permanents, so you don't need Mycosynth Lattice. Instead of that, use Levitation, as you need to give those squirrels flying in order to fight Emrakul.

You just got whooshed. The printed text on Floral Spuzzem states that the Spuzzem itself (not the controller) decides whether or not to destroy an artifact. The Oracle text corrects this.

Hooded hydra is not an Abzan card, it's a Sultai card.
I think this is a flavor win. Mechanically, the +1/+1 counters interact with Abzan mechanics. But flavorfully, it's a Snake that makes more Snakes, specifically when it dies. Snakes and power from death are both hallmark Sultai flavors.

It's a bunch of snakes.
The east wind is only dangerous if you're riding a horse.
Judging by New Orleans, I'd say Hurricane should definitely harm you if you're on the ground as well.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
The east wind is only dangerous if you're riding a horse.
I think that also counts as reminder text fail:
"Borrowing the East Wind deals X damage to each player and each creature with horsemanship.(This includes you and your creatures with horsemanship.)"
which makes me think: "No kidding. Way to go, Captain Obvious."
(Yeah, I know that old cards often had reminder texts, sometimes even rules texts, that were extremely redundant, obvious and self-evident, and the Portal set had this doubly so, but it still amuses me.)
You'd be surprised how many new players thought that Wrath of God was Plague Wind.

I know we're getting into silly territory here, but the Orangutan wouldn't have been able to touch the Prison anyway, since it was protected by Relic Ward.
