A new low for MTGS
Can't have a spoiler season with the hypocritical mini-mods either.
Literally every set will have good, surprising cards and cards that are boring or shockingly bad.
So I don't see what the point of you complaining about complainers every set does. Why are you still here if you hate MTGS so much? Do you want everyone to parrot and spam "it's good, it's good, how fun, cool design?"

You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.

You're certainly entitled to that opinion, all I am saying is all that being disappointed at every set that doesn't contain one of those cards means you are going to be perpetually disappointed, because they aren't being reprinted.
Quote from Yonekura »I won't be happy till I see a card akin to sinkhole, and less watered down crap. Also more pox effect would be cool.

Alright, so they reprint Sinkhole, Rain of Tears, and Pox. While we're at it, we'll throw in Strip Mine
Now every deck is B/U or B/R, and virtually every game is "Does your starting hand have more Lando than mine?" Fun format.

Why not just play dice or roulette? It's just as random and likewise produces empty board states that don't require much thought to navigate. You might even win money.
Quote from Bacl »While I am a fan of all reprints, I do feel the Core has become problematic for WotC. They don't want it to be too advanced, nor do they wish to reprint much needed staples for fear said staples will screw with standard and limited, thus we often get a watered-down or unimpressive core.
Couple that with the incredible success of sets like Conspiracy, and a lot of folks are going to wonder why they bother with a core at all.

Quote from asmallcat »Can we stop pretending waste not is going to be a card? It is absolute garbage in anything but kitchen table.
Quote from bobthefunnyYup. It doesn't change zones. It simply holds a sign up saying "I'm not here!" if anything comes looking for it.

Quote from Oopssorryy »That Nissa... I am a fan. Yes its a turn 5 thing but she can untap four lands the second she hits the field. A lot more useful than the last one.
Quote from Tearlach »She only untaps forests. And maybe not turn 6, but I would think you would play nissa after you can leave a land open to make into a 4/4.
