I use a nike backpack with a Deckbuilder's box in front of my trade binder and a deck box in the inside pocket. I endorse the deckbuilder's toolkit box like a few others, it currently has 1 edh deck with wishboard, 2 pauper decks , a type two deck, and a lifecounter ,all sleeved, then i use toploaders with money cards as dividers. I also have a deck box that contains the sideboard cards for my sixty card decks that i keep in an inside pocket. Its a comfy bag with nice padded straps and I saw Freddie Roach uses the same one! I've come a long way from decks inside ziplock bags inside of a plastic shopping bag when i first bought my own cards in 2005 lol.
I use a converse shoe box to carry 5 Commander decks (it fits perfectly almost like they did it on purpose) I keep 3 more in a fatpack box. I carry those in a reusable grocery bag I stole from my wife since my backpack died.
That looks cool. Do you mind sending in a picture with your stuff on it? I want to see how spacious it is.
I use a slightly smaller version of that aluminum tool case, that does not come with the dividers and such. It was about $15 (purchased at the same place as the link) and holds 1200 sleeved cards. Here it is filled with some of my EDH decks:
Ultra-Pro deck box with life wheels and sideboard space for my primary deck, DKA fatpack box as a portable land station and my M11 Deck Builder's Kit for my trades, rubber banded in faction groups.

i have 2 fat pack boxes. my main fat pack carries my 2 main decks and a sack for dice and counters. my second fat pack box carries my decks in the works and my sleeves.
I am a hipster, so I carry my decks around in a camera backpack. It's not exactly cheap, but camera bags have many movable dividers and compartments for memory cards, flashes, batteries, etc, which are also incidentally fantastic sizes for deck boxes, dice, pens, and the like. The real challenge is finding one that can fit a trade binder in the laptop pocket as well.
I find it better than the 'custom magic backpacks,' which tend to be of dubious quality anyways. (Photography *is* actually a hobby of mine, so I often carry my camera gear with me as well.)

Patch me back to my mind
My usual is just a backpack with my trade binder, notebook & pen, and a fat pack box with my two decks & dice inside.
Nights when I just want to trade I will also grab my duffel bag with a big ol' shoebox full of extra commons / uncommons I just will unload on people who want a bunch of random stuff (which, surprisingly, is quite a few people at the nearby LGS). This is especially great on draft nights I don't feel like playing (usually when I am broke) as there is quite a bit of fresh stock being opened.
I keep them in a really old one of those ultra pro bags, of which the foam insert is long gone (so there is room for a few extra deck boxes). It's preferable to just keeping them loose in the backpack because I never have to fish around to find the deck I want. I can also keep pens/playmat/tokens/a ziplock bag of dice in the bag's pockets for easy access.
I have a nice briefcase to hold my Magic gear. It holds most of my decks, dice/counter bag, and my playmat fits in the lid pouch. If I want to trade I still have to have a separate backpack to hold my binders though.
Other than that I just toss them in a messenger bag I got just for carrying my game stuff. Although at an event I like to keep my deckbox in my pocket so I'm sure I don't have it lost/stolen.
Put 2 of those and a binder in a laptop backpack and good to go.

Fat pack boxes as well for me, tossed in a satchel. I have a few other interesting boxes I've acquired to keep other things in, and one black box with a nice lid that I use to carry around my main two decks and a bag of dice. All goes in the satchel as well. Rest of the cards are in binders and white cardboard boxes, stuck in shelves and organized by color and set
Thought I'd give my two cents as well.
I have a Nike backpack that I only use for Magic. The big space is for my decks (which like many people I store in fat back boxes) and stuff like my (small) binder, my notepad and my box that I have for my limited sleeves and limited sideboard.
In the front section I store my glasses and dice, as well as any cards I get at the end of drafting that I can't be bothered to store.
Recently, due to the big heatwave that hit my country:mad: I've also started carrying a large vacuum flask with me filled with water.

I have a camera/tool aluminum case myself. I found one while picking up tools to work on my car, and haven't looked back. It's got plenty of space for a dozen EDH decks, extra sleeves, dice, trade stuff (including actual trade binders), and playmat. It's certainly large, but it's a one stop grab for everything I need for gaming.
I have two different gadget bags from Cabela's which are padded and nice. The larger one holds about 30 ultra-pro deck boxes and all accessories, the smaller will hold about 12. It just depends on where I'm going with them.
Dices (and I have a ton) go inside a cuff link silk bag, kinda pimp
Now, I have aprox. 10 World Championship Decks and would like a carrying case for ALL of them. So, until I see some pics of what the posters above have, I am imagining only having a custom one made would work

You could click the links that they attached to their posts. It actually brings up images of what they are talking about.
It sure does and I have them opened as we speak, ready to order one from Cabela's if it looks good enough since I have a code for that website from a past purchase.
I just want to see how it looks with the decks inside..the fit, how many and if they are all piled up (in Cabela's case specifically)
