This is the second time in a row that the DCI hasn't made it a point to at least put up a page asap about what the new B&R list is. Maybe they aren't doing anything, but they should keep with tradition and go ahead and let us know.
Has anyone seen a list and I missed it?
Any speculation on what should be banned (maybe storm cards in vintage, LED in legacy, lftl in extended, mountains in type 2? j/k.
That article that recently came up about the Legacy banned list (it's an old article but it became a classic) should be taken into account by the people at the DCI. Vampiric Tutor and Imperial Seal are not that good and should be unbanned. Lion's Eye Diamond can be beaten, as IGGy Pop and such are not indestructible.

While it can be beaten, Lion's Eye Diamond is still really stupid and should probably be banned in Legacy.
A teammate of mine, Paul Nicolo, played in the Legacy Championships since they happened before the Vintage Championship and dropped at 2-1 in disgust, losing to Iggy Pop in round three. I think he summed it up best when he said "It was so stupid, I was playing against a deck with four copies of multiple restricted Vintage cards- they just had different names."
Besides that and some possible unbannings in Legacy, I feel that all of the formats are pretty healthy right now. Standard is a fantastic format where all kinds of things are viable, Extended is wide open and Block hasn't had enough testing to find any problems. I've heard that vintage might have some bannings, but I don't play vintage so I really wouldn't know.
As for the delay, they might be waiting for the Extended portion tomorrow to make sure that there is nothing really broken before they post up the announcement.
It can take unprepaired decks out of contention, but it still hasn't dethroned any of the big three. Solidarity continues to be the big-nasty combo deck in legacy.
I really haven't seen anything that warrents bannings. It's fairly balanced.
The next big change I expect to see from the B/R list is a few unbannings in legacy to test the waters.
Haha, like I said, I didn't expect it. Not saying I'm convinced it's warranted either. I just dream! The deck I play would be much happier not having to worry about LED, of course it always would love to get rid of wasteland...

No changes. Didn't expect...but dreamed of LED going away in 1.5. Oh well.
