So, I've been thinking about how to do this, and without having looked at anybody's cards but my own, here are my thoughts: the most important thing we can do right now is to get some awesome cards up in our spoiler for the set (finally). I mean, that's what this is about, right? Fun cards that we like? Yeah? So, rather than talking about annoying structural issues for the set (i.e., "Is Wall tribal working?", "Is Avow working?", "Do we have cards that conflict with one another?", etc.) we just take a little bit of time to identify our FIVE FAVORITE CARDS from the five posts, above.
To be very clear, I:
don't care if you pick one card from each post
don't care if you pick all five cards from one post
don't care if you pick only cards you designed
don't care if you pick only cards someone else designed
don't care if you even designed anything at all
don't even care if you've participated in L2 in any way up to this point or not
I just want to hear about the cards that people REALLY LIKE. And then, hopefully, we can identify a number of cards that we're prepared to promote to front page status.
So, again: right now let's hear about your FIVE FAVORITE CARDS from the five posts, above. Anybody, everybody.
EDIT: To be clear, I'm NOT saying "only X cards from these batches are making it in the set". I'm saying, let's just focus on acknowledging and awarding front page status to what we collectively believe to be our very best cards so far. After that's all done, assuming this works as planned, we can get back to brass tacks and trying to make everything else fit together. For now, awesome card acknowledgement time.
Hornsaw Tanner1G
Creature - Dryad Scout (C)
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Hornsaw Tanner unless you pay G.
Sacrifice a creature: Add G to your mana pool.
3/2
Cunning Betrayal1B
Enchantment - Aura (C)
Avow 1
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and has " SAcrifice an enchanted creature: This creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn."
Finally, something else that satisfies my perverse love for Betrothed of Fire.
Reality Mirror2UU
Creature — Wall [R]
Defender 2, T: Exchange control of Reality Mirror and target non-Wall creature you neither own nor control.
[0/4]
Katus Rextugenos3RGWU
Legendary Creature — Elder Dragon [M]
Shrink (You may pay X less to cast this spell. If you do, it enters the battlefield with X -1/-1 counters on it.)
Flying, first strike
Creature spells you cast have shrink.
[7/7]
Pygmy QalupalikG
Creature - Troll (R)
Frenzy 1 (Whenever this creature attacks and isn't blocked, it gets +1/+0 until end of turn.) 2: Pygmy Qalupalik gets +0/+1 and gains hexproof until end of turn. 5: Pygmy Qalupalik gets +3/+3 and can't be blocked except by creatures with flying until end of turn. Tenacious hunters, the qalupalik can make anything in earth, sea, or sky their prey.
1/1
Katus Rextugenos, by me.
Yeah, this one got workshopped really well by the CCC, and I'm super happy with where it landed after all the feedback. It exemplifies what I hope to see out of the set's rare and mythic legends: big, exciting, and totally Commander-worthy.
Unanop Chase Sledder, by void_nothing.
It's a nice, clean implementation of frenzy, and right where I was hoping a common like this would land. As with so many things Kagaqeirrot, I think the flavor here is really fresh and excellent, and I know of no one save void_nothing who could pull it off.
Heavenly Dance, by scrad.
I'm ultra happy with this as a single. It's got huge value, it's a perfect, clean implementation of the "copy-avow" idea, and it's an exciting rare to open. I have absolutely no compunctions about it as a standalone card. It's a great design.
Wrong Answer, by me.
I know it's from the non-tribal Wall section rather than the Wall tribal stuff, but I am just so 100% behind this card existing, and existing in L2 specifically, that it's simply a must from my perspective.
Wall of Gabions, by me.
I was originally very focused on making the Wall tribal stuff as combo-centric as possible, but no matter how I tried to do that, in the end I came back to this design, and how it simply needed to exist, at common, if Wall tribal was going to happen in L2. I also think it's a great card, period.
Honorable mention: Inspired by Nature, by scrad. If it works as I think it's supposed to work, it's amazing, and a bit of a coup of a design, tbh (like, it makes me want to dig into copy-avow as an enchant player mechanic and see what else could be there). I just don't know if it works or not, since I'm not seeing the latest rules wording of copy-avow here.
Tairne of the Piercing ShotGW
Legendary Creature - Elf Archer (R) W: Tairne gets +0/+1 and gains vigilance until end of turn. GW: Tairne gets +1/+1 and gains reach and first strike until end of turn. 3GG: Tairne gets +7/+7 and gains trample until end of turn. "Straight through those worthless foes!"
2/1
Tordeas, Our Defeater3UB
Legendary Artifact Creature - Sphinx (M)
Flying, deathtouch
Instant and sorcery spells with "all" in their text you cast cost 2 less to cast. T: Add WW to your mana pool.
3/4
Morinfen and Gallowbraid2BBBB
Legendary Creature - Horror (M)
Flying, trample
When Morinfen and Gallowbraid enters the battlefield, you lose half your life rounded up.
When Morinfen and Gallowbraid leaves the battlefield, you lose half your life rounded up and create a legendary 3/7 black Horror creature token with flying named Morinfen the Larcenous and a legendary 7/3 black Horror creature token with trample named Gallowbraid the Murderous.
10/10
Crenitid Scrivener - This is really powerful, and also cancels the downside of upkeep costs. It's really cool as a lenticular design, because a newer player might not think about it, but makes up for the mana you lose every turn by paying for the scrivener.
Angry Cabritu - Simple, powerful, and on-point. It's like a scalabale Flametongue Kavu, which is awesome, and in a pinch it can even be used as 1-mana spell that deals 1 damage.
Inspired by Nature - This might be a controversial one, so let me explain. First of all, I really think that avow shouldn't go only on creatures, and at mythic, I wanted an enchant player, just for fun. Second, I think it's important to remember that this is still a sequel to Legends, so we do need some throwbacks.
Riddle Wall - I love these kinds of effects, and the Wall-tribal twist really gives it another dimension.
Dawn-Clan Lodge - Another great lenticular deisgn. A new player will just look at the lure effect, but the ability to trigger frenzy on all of your creatures is just so powerful. I really like this design.

I am a clever boy.
Finally, something else that satisfies my perverse love for Betrothed of Fire.
That flavor.
Best Elder.
