It's time to take command. Across the multiverse there is infinite knowledge and power to be gained from the five colors of magic. Yet what could be stronger than merging enemies colors with one powerful ally color to balance their strengths and weaknesses? Whether you choose the Tyranny of Nicol Bolas, the indomitable power of Sarkhan Vol, the infinite artifacts of Tezzeret, the eternal peace of Tapiro, or the ferocity of Ajani, your army will be at your command. Which will you choose? Who will win? Will you make allies or adversaries? You decide.
Commander, or Elder Dragon Highlander (EDH) has always been a longstanding favorite of mine, as well as most Magic: the Gathering players. I have always dreamt of creating my own five Commander decks, and now I am finally making it possible. Commander: Allies and Adversaries will introduce five different 100-card singleton decks, each with a suggested retail price of $29.99. There will be 60 new cards will be legal in Eternal formats (that's Vintage and Legacy), but they will not be legal in Standard, Modern, or Block Constructed. The Magic: The Gathering Commander decks will each be the ally tri-colors with corresponding new commander Planeswalkers and creatures. The cards will be spoiled in the Custom Card Creation forums, then uploaded here, and added to their corresponding deck lists which I have been creating. Feel free to comment and discuss! All advice and commentary is appreciated.

I like Oranos, even if he's basically just a big timmy creature with a tacked-on Spellbook. What bugs me, however, is that he kind of resembles the recently released Kruphix. Of course, they have somewhat different roles - Kruphix is meant to store all your mana for big X-spells and Oranos is a Voltron beater. But colors, cmc, "hard-to-remove"-keyword and the spellbook-effects match. They just feel so similar.
Jhavat is OK. Usually W gets the whole "fairness"/"balance" stuff, but I think those abilities are OK when you consider cards like Burgeoning and Balance of Power/Slithermuse and the fact that U and G are the two colors that are allied with W.
