What part of Waterbending Stifler is white, either flavorwise or design-wise?
Wall Bender is beefy enough that using its ability instead of attacking with it feels like a waste. Maybe make it a Horned Turtle?
Spiritual Assistance: "white Spirit creature token with flying"?
Also, the protection ability should be on a separate line, because as written the creature retains the protection after the triggered ability resolves, even if at some later point it becomes no longer haunted. (An "Exorcise" spell in uncommon white perhaps?)
Why is Air Shield a sorcery? Was the "Fog that doesn't suck when you have a worse board position" slot already taken in green?
Arrest works from a gameplay standpoint, but from a flavor standpoint, it confuses me. Our creatures so far are a bunch of animals, dead guys, and some hybrid-blue waterbenders, who are a small and scattered people. Who exactly is doing the arresting? (I don't know who Yang-Chen is so maybe when his legend is spoiled it will make more sense.) I feel like there should be some sort of "air gust" instant spell that taps a creature, though I suppose the firefly kind of does the same thing.
White sometimes gets activated ability hate and sometimes gets force-spike-ish effects. I know it's a bit of a stretch, but the set is about activated abilities, so i felt it wasn't that big of a deal at this juncture.
EDIT: Flavor wise this would probably be a law enforcement agent of the northern water tribe.
Air shield is a sorcery because white needed a sorcery. It could very easily become an instant, but i just find it strange when a color has almost all instants and only a single sorcery. Perhaps that's not a big deal at all, i wouldn't know.
Yeah, arrest is not the best flavor card, it was mostly for function. I suppose this would be flavored more towards the earthkingdom, whom has a functioning police system.
Yang-Chen is the air avatar before Aang. She was ruthless in her avatar duty, and her actions resulted in 100 years of peace after her death. Yang-Chen's justice is basically her entire story on a card.
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
Black like white will have haunt. It will also have black firebenders, sand benders, and a few bloodbenders.
I get the mechanics, I guess I'm just having a hard time imagining the cards they will be on. For the other colors, tons of stuff jumps to mind right away, but with black I just don't know what it is gonna look like. Like, what would a black sandbender do?
what kind of black-haunty things are you thinking of?
I am not doubting it'll be cool MOON-E, I just can't visualize it atm.
PS I think arrest is fine flavor wise, I think its pretty much a perfect removal spell for here actually.

The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginning-less time, darkness thrives in the void but always yields to purifying light.
I invision a future where one is not mighty when he can silence a crowd with brutality,
but when he leaves them speechless with wisdom.
Keeping the ball rolling with some green. The earthbending ability is pretty hard to balance, so these will require a whole lot of testing.
