I'm in the process of adding them now. To be fair, there is much less need for specifics at those rarity slots (things like "combat trick" don't really apply).

True, but it's still good to know (at the very least) what's already filled in, which is why I brought it up.
I think we're sitting a little low on total cards in the skeleton, though; including the multicolor cycle and the rare land cycle, we're at 227 cards. The last three core sets have been 234 apiece...
Finished putting in the rares/mythics. My count comes to 229 cards, which means we're short exactly one horizontal cycle.
(42*5=210. 210+5 (rare lands) + 1 (uncommon land) + 8 (artifacts) + 5 (multicolor rares) = 229)
Edit: My count is off by 1, and should account for Manalith - 230 is our present total. M11 and M12 both had 234. M11 and M12 both had over 20 artifacts, so we should probably bump our numbers up a bit as well. (Manalith was the only common artifact across all of M10, M11, M12.) Granted, we have 5 multicolor rares that are coming out of the artifact slots, so we don't need over 20.

(42*5=210. 210+5 (rare lands) + 1 (uncommon land) + 8 (artifacts) + 5 (multicolor rares) = 229)
Puts us at two rare artifacts, which is interestingly low. I'm thinking we may want to go slightly larger than the last few - say, 240 even, which gives us room for six more artifacts.
If we do that, I'd guess the 14 artifacts should probably break down as 2 commons, 8 uncommons, and 4 rares.
EDIT: Your count's off by one - you forgot the common artifact already in the skeleton, so that puts us at 230 total and leaves us with four cards to fill in somewhere, probably as additional artifacts. We're still running light on artifacts (M12's got 23).
In order to have our stats for rarity match up perfectly with M10/M11/M12 numbers, we need to add 2 commons and 2 uncommons. I suggest that most or all of these be artifacts, though we need to be very careful with how we deal with the commons.
