Pyroclasm is probably the card I miss the most from M12. If it existed, it would've been a middling format rather than a fast one. I am all for adding Pyroclasm (Or a variant if someone comes up with a good one). On the topic of red uncommons, here's a simple but powerful one:

Adding Pyroclasm, Koth set, Shivan Knight, and Falcon Infantry we already have Swift Skyguard.
I think we should ge a proper design skeleton up before we proceed any further. We're over a third of the way through and already have a lot of clashes with mana costs and power/toughnes ratios (not to mention blue has barely any spells right now).
Most vanilla creatures have enough versions (Glory Seeker vs Silvercoat Lion vs...) that we can probably choose selective reprints of them. We do need way more vanilla creatures than we have currently, but first we should look at what holes the set needs to have filled.
If we give black a bear in this format, I don't think it should be a Zombie since the creature type is relevant. Maybe something like Horror or Insect instead.
+1 on skeleton. (I don't think Oculus should be responsible for it, but hopefully someone can step up to the plate. I think Wizards has a basic one posted somewhere that someone can snag and tweak.)
