More stuff. Mansions of madness was inspired by both the gaming supplement of the same name and the No mercy card and is a variation of it, albeit harder to cast color-wise but with a stronger effect. Folk of Leng is another dreamland race, servants of the Moonbeasts. Innsmouth troublemaker is a tribute to the deformed, brutal half human half fish inhabitants of the town. These appeared in the story, the movie (Dagon) and the CoC video game. Tcho-tcho emissary was primarily based on the artwork (of the same name), the unmorphing mimics Black knight, obviously.
I'll update again later.

Another update. I'll probably be done with my stuff in the next 3-4 days.
All of these were made form scrap since I had no reference to base them upon. The unammable and The outsider are things from the short stories of the same name. Foulness represents the unwholesome ond terrible presence of a great old one (with the legendary HPL quote), while Disincarnate shows a crime scene without a tangible body, just a mass of gore and mysterious markings (something that happened in Mythos works quite a bit).

The stars are right is a famous verse from HPL's work and I wanted to make a card of it, so here it it. Son of Yog-Sothoth is the abominable brother of Wilbur Whateley. Too bad I couldn't get a decent color picture, but you've got to work with what you have. The other two are a GOO and an outer god of lesser power with decent artwork.
More to come tonight or tomorrow.

Some additional stuff. Dweller, a huge devouring protoplasmic thing, was inspired by a CoC adventure monster and similar creatures are often depicted in CoC works. Gol-goroth is an obscure death deity, the son of Bal-sagoth. Similarly, Basatan is another lesser known oceanic thing. I wanted to do a more blue than black GOO with a card advantage engine. I tried to get better artwork for these two, but it's not that easy. Twisted horror was originally inspired by Hidden horror and is just a Terror variant, but I wanted to capture the sudden attack of Star vampires and other such invisible things.

In some sense. The only good fnord is a dead fnord.
Thanks for the reply, although a little late.
I know what you mean by not making elder things black, but from a human standpoint they are black. They are deadly alien horrors and they bred the dreaded shoggoths.
Anyway, I'm pretty much done with this thread. Some of your suggestions are nice, but all those cards have already be made and I'm not in the mood to redo them.
On the Planeswalker thing: they suck. They are easy to cast and as far as we've seen drawbackless. What sense would there be to summon forth a terrible GOO without ill consequences to you and then have it sit there like a duck vulnerable to common creatures and unable to attack or block (as indestructible, it's far too good)? No, I don't like that. PW are cute, but nowhere near what the GOO should be.
I like your Color from outer space design, but unfortunately it doesn't show its invisibility thing and invulnerability to all physical damage. Also, The black man turns into another of Ny's masks as soon as it is destroyed and attacks as an Outer god should. Just pointing out.
Thanks for the reply.

I just can't agree about the Elder Things being black at all. Maybe the one Keziah Mason associates with is, but the unfrozen ones in Antarctica are pretty solidly UG or UW.
Perhaps the Colour should be indestructible as well.

Look, I know what you mean about the elder things and most probably they can be of any color, much like humans. The thing is, they are amoral. Amorality in MTG is black. Why are they ammoral? They waged war against starspawn, Mi-go and Yithians, did experiments on all (Nazi-like) and kept slaves to do all the labor for them. I like them black.
About the GOO. World enchantments work. I made one instead of Shub niggurath. On the other hand, they are not uncastable. Spending 6-10 mana on a regular creature is bad business usually, since the creature is vulnerable, but if you read the GOO ability in the first post, my goo's are pretty invulnerable, as they should be. They also have suspend - if you manage to kill them, they suspend for 2 turns and come back again.
Also, I don't like the idea of them being easy to cast. I reckon, you've read a fair share of Mythos stuff and you probably know how hard and dangerous it is to summon them, that's why I like them expensive and with drawbacks.
About the color: indestructibility is too strong. It is stated that they can be hurt normally by magic.
