Well I've been planning on putting a cycle of these old school cards in my set and figured I'd give em' some reminder text. Only problem is, I think my wording is a bit sloppy. :/
(Only one World Enchantment may be in play at a time. If another would come into play put the old one in the graveyard.)

Brian Tinsman, Set Designer :?mana::snow::snow:
Legendary Creature – Human Designer (MR)
Brian Tinsman, Set Designer can only be cast during the third set of a block.
When Brian Tinsman, Set Designer enters the battlefield, ignore all flavor and mechanics of the first two sets in the block. "Ok so what do we have here... gothic horror? Scrap it. Expand the Devine Vs. Demonic duel deck to 244 cards and print it!"
2/2
(If more than one World permanent are in play, all but the last to come into play are put into their owner's graveyard.)
or
(If more than one World permanent are in play, all but the last to gain the World supertype are put into their owner's graveyard.)
The second is technically more complete, since it covers cases where a permanent might become World after it is in play. Things like copy effects can cause that. But, it is harder to understand. Reminder text doesn't need to be complete, but it shouldn't say inaccurate things, like "if...would." The older Worlds are put in graveyards after the new one comes into play.
First, only subtypes are capitalized. Minor nitpick, but still.
I think it is possible for the reminder text to address both cases of a world permanent coming into play and of an nonworld permanent becoming a world permanent.
(If two or more world permanents are in play, all except the most recent world permanent are put into the graveyard.)
Since it is reminder text "their owners' graveyards" can be abridged, like ninjutsu and "its owner's hand."
Might also need "If tied for most recent, all are put into the graveyard." but that isn't too important since there aren't too many ways of putting two into play at the same exact time.
EDIT: Maybe this is even enough for reminder text: (If two or more world permanents are in play, all except the most recent are put into the graveyard.)
(If two or more world permanents are in play, all except the most recent world permanent are put into the graveyard.)
That'll do just fine. Thanks!

It's not the correct effect, however. Triggered abilities can be Stifled or Voidslimed, which would mean you could end up with two or more world enchantments in play. That can't happen under the current rules.

Playlace --
Instant
Target spell or permanent's tone becomes playful.
Except that doesn't quite do it either. It would've worked nicely under the original version of World, when it was indeed Enchant World.
But now Enchant World has become World Enchantment, and according to the rules, no matter how attrocious of an idea it might be, there can now be World Creatures, World Lands, World Artifacts... And anytime any permanent with the supertype World comes into play, all other World permanents are destroyed, regardless of whether they're enchantments, lands, or anything else. So the text must reflect that.
The version Snow-Fur said was fine was indeed a good way of putting it.
Your wording is wrong under the current comp rules. These aren't auras; enchanting a "world" is like enchanting a library or graveyard. It just doesn't happen.
Fixed version, w/ reminder text:
White Enchant World W
World Enchantment (If two or more world permanents are in play, all except the most recent world permanent are put into the graveyard.)
Creatures get +1/+1.
Quote from Magic: the Gathering Comprehensive Rules »
Object An “object” is a card, a copy of a card, a token, a spell, a permanent, an ability on the stack, or combat damage on the stack. The term “object” is used in these rules when a rule applies to cards, copies of cards, tokens, spells, permanents, abilities on the stack, and combat damage on the stack. See rule 200.8.
Auras only attach to permanents or players.
I guess I just don't see the point of enchanting zones. Any "enchant graveyard" for instance, could just have the keyword Enchant player, and have effects that resolve around that player's graveyard. And enchanting the in play zone is done by World Enchantment already; why make it an aura?
A world land would be a bit bizarre (Instead of putting in a temple to a false god, it takes me the same amount of power to create Dominaria),
Oh, only if you overthink it (and even then, huh? It takes the same amount of power to summon a Birds of Paradise as it does to planeswalk to Concordant Crossroads so it therefore doesn't make sense?). I think the greater obstacle would be the whole "lands must produce mana" design rule.
And it occurs to me that Legendary doesn't have reminder text so it is absolutely necessary that World does?

Seems like the same effect, with less wording.
