If enchanted samurai is enchanted by seven or more different virtues, you win the game
What I want to do is when the creature uses the regeneration shield, it gets a counter. How could I word this?

Anyway, most cards don't want to give regeneration unless in response to lethal damage (to keep players familiar with old rules), but of course under the current rules a "regen shield" (replacement effect, really) can be created at any time. Anyway, instead of using the Debt's wording, I think a trigger is better for this sort of things. Other minor cosmetic changes.

ACtually, Morsetlis, that is a bit of a doubt...Some consider seven and some eight (with inclusion of Wisdom as the Eigth). I could change it, no problem, but enchant a creature with eight Auras is a bit difficult. ^^
