That's really weird wording, that doesn't necessarily work. What happens if you're counterspelling an Obliterate? (Why you would want to do this, I have no idea.) Could this card counter the counterspell? It isn't going to stop anything from resolving.
Although it makes it slightly more powerful (being able to counter things like Misdirection and Twincast), I think it would probably be much more elegant if you changed it to:
Counter target spell that targets another spell.
If you don't want to do that, I'm not sure how to word it to clean up the confusion. Sorry.

Counter target spell that if it resolves would stop another spell from resolving.
Basically I want it to counter a counterspell (but also hit Quash) Did I word it right? Any better way of wording it?
