Return target permanent to its owner's hand with "As long as this card is in your hand, play with it revealed." and "At end of turn, if this card is in your hand, put it into play."
Oh I miss read, I thought it said " Return target permanent to its owner's hand AT end of turn."
If you really want an effect like this then flicker or otherworldly journey would be the way to go. Does it matter that much if it’s in their hand or removed from play?
It can be removed from play and be played as tough it was in your hand until end of turn.

"Remove target permanent from the game. Until end of turn, its owner treats that card as though it's in his or her hand. At end of turn, return that card into play."
Thanks, everybody. I had a feeling that the "elegant wording" wouldn't work, but I wanted to see what people thought. It was mostly just an amusing idea
