Castle
Land-Plains Structure
(Creatures have ":symtap::Attach Castle to this creature. You gain control of target structure thats not garrisioned" and ":0mana::Choose a creature, target Garrisioned creature must block that chosen creature.")
When Castle comes into play remove a Plains from the game.
Whenever Castle leaves play return the Plains into play.
Garrisioned creature gets +0/+2.
???
Is there a better way to word this without have too much rules changing/adding?
Castle Land -- Plains Castle (T: Add W to your mana pool.) When ~ comes into play, sacrifice it unless you return a Plains you control to its owner's hand. T: Put a garrison counter on target creature you control.
Creatures with garrison counters get +0/+2 and have defender.
The only problem is that Castle already exists and your card duplicates the original effect somewhat. And when I say somewhat I mean "inefficiently." Maybe make a cycle of lands and have each give untapped creatures you control a different bonus?
