Since you know the mana cost of the card, why not simply specify the exact mana you would add? A card that costs 3RR only adds 1R, if Le Chat interprets it correctly, so the cost to "promise" the card should be fairly low, or non-mana.
Miracle is too specific a mechanic to turn into a keyword. It gets broken with Future Sight and many other blue cards.

"Any of that symbol's colors" makes it work with guildmana, so you might want to use that in case future effects make it possible that Promise would end up on a guildmana card.
You may as well make it playable as an instant, eh? It'll be slightly more useful...as is, it's a little underwhelming
