Algernone25 - Alright, an Overflowing Insight variant with an interesting way of stating the drawback. Thing is, I think this allows you to discard too easily; five mana is a lot but this does a great job of setting up your graveyard for your exact combo. Nevertheless, the flavor's perfect and the card reads really cool.
Hemlock - Neat hoser reminding me of Nimble Mongoose. However, an opponent casting a global burn spell out of a seven-card hand is just one of the many feel-bad moments produced by this card; I'd make the ability a triggered ability at the beginning of each player's upkeep or something.
Ryder052 - The "wisdom" ability was absolutely horrendous to play with, which is why Saviors of Kamigawa is derided as the worst set in a block already full of poor design choices. Not much about this card makes it feel as though it needs a blue cost for the activated ability; if anything I feel like it should be 2U and W for the activated ability.
RaikouRider - I've seen this design before. It's a fine enchantress commander with a fun payoff, I suppose, but null points for originality given I've judged it for a formal contest in the past.
JqlGirl - This card is pulling in two different directions; they're interesting directions, but I'm not sure it's exactly easy to use the card to its full potential. Assuming, of course, you cast this card on turn five, how often are you three lands behind? A ramp deck surely has ways to win the game already in that state.
Fajen Thygia - Spectacular, amazing flavor and a neat but not abuseable effect. Kudos.
Seven-Seas Conch7
Legendary Artifact
Sacrifice Seven-Seas Conch: You may pay 0 rather than pay the mana cost of the next seven spells you cast this turn.
Weirdly appealing card. Very original and creative design, though the "seven spells" may be a bit overkill. Like, you're probably wanting to win with just a single spell rather than seven, but I can see the upside of casting cantirps to find your killing spell. Rarity is missing but it's not a big deal, overall a nice, fresh card.
Deal with the DevilBR
Instant (U)
Exile the top seven cards of your library.
Until end of turn, you may play a card exiled this way.
Woah, seven cards is a lot for just two mana, definitely overblown. At instant speed nonetheless. Light up the Stage is already a very powerful card. Just noticed that you can play only one card from those seven. Ok, alright, now we're talking about fair and balanced Magic. Got me worried there for a second.
I'd like this to have some sort of cheesy flavor text to go along that cheesy name, there's a lot of empty space on that cardboard. Feels rushed.
Naavka, the Crystal CornucopiaURW
Legendary Artifact (R)
Whenever a player casts a spell or activates an ability that isn't a mana ability, put a charge counter on Naavka. T, Remove seven charge counters from Naavka: Draw a card, create a 2/2 white Knight creature token with vigilance, and add CCC.
What a strange combination of effects. It feels like it wants to be a build around card but it's more of a slow, grindy "taxing" effect with almost no impact as it comes down. And even when it finally gets to seven counters, our opponent probably doesn't care anymore about a knight, or a single card drawn. It's a very neat design, it just seems so underpowered to me.
Late night entries again, HWG Frenzied Insights2UUR
Sorcery (MR)
Draw seven cards. Until the end of your next turn, your maximum hand size is zero. "The lengths you have gone for this project are worrisome. Do not forget: genius does not preclude madness." - Ral Zarek, to Niv Mizzet
5 mana for seven cards with drawback feels perfectly fine. The potential to combo off from there is very high but also mitigated by the clean up step. I feel this could even be a rare, but whatever.
May I be includad? My phone broke down and I couldn't get it to function until now.
Ecstatic CelebrantsG
Creature - Nymph Shaman (u)
Hexproof
Ecstatic Celebrants has +2/+2 as long as an opponent has seven or more cards in his or her hand. A clouded judgement is only dangerous if you have a judgement to cloud.
1/1
I like how hexproof and the second ability kinda work together, leaving targeted removal stuck in hand. However, seven cards stuck in hand is a lot. Neat and interesting design nonetheless.
Azure MarauderWW
Creature - Bird Scout (U)
Flying Preparation — U: Exile Azure Sentinel. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step. Activate this ability only if you have seven or more cards in hand. The Azure are trained escape artists, making them excellent reconnaissance forces.
2/2
I don't really see what this card is trying to achieve honestly. Keeping seven cards in hand just to blink doesn't seem a good plan. It also needs U to do that, all while costing double WW, really stretching the mana base. Kinda all over the place.
Jimmy Groove - This is very unique and cohesive. Name is a bit of a miss for me, flavor-wise. With that name, I feel like it should be something progressive, like a creature with level-up.
Artorias - This is the 'lord' Deserts were missing. Very nice. I feel like this could spawn whole new avenues for deck building.
picnic_bomber - Oof. Cool design, but it feels a bit aggressively costed for the power level. Feels like 6, tbh.
willows - I assume this is a Mythic? Super aggressive for the cost, and seems ripe for abuse. This kind of card is why you should always kill Goblin Welder as soon as he comes down.. lol
Legend - Alright, this is the first one that feels like it could actually be printed. The power level feels fine, and the card feels appropriately Rakdos.
void_nothing - Nicely balanced effect, but I'm not getting the connection between how it's costed and what it does. Why is this red, for example?
void_nothing
This would be a really neet tiny leader. I just wish it added CCCC because 1 card + 2 p/t + 4 mana = 7.
Algernone25
Jank for Johnny should probably be rare, not mythic. The hand size could/should be three. The flavor text is excellent.
Hemlock
Anti-control tek and all around good stompy card. Difficult to evaluate, but I think it likely to see play in any standard environment it’s part of and probably playable in eternal formats.
netn10 - I get the feeling that you meant "Consciousness," not "Conscience." Still, fair effect for the cost with some fringe applications that excite the Johnny in me. TheDrB - I love the winsomeness of the title and flavor. But this can exile artifacts you don't control, without targeting, and as part of a cost so there's no response - AND gives you an extra turn. This one card would kill entire archetypes. Jimmy Groove - Interesting take on future sight. It basically gives flash to the spells it peeks, which is a huge boost to win-game-at-upkeep triggers. I think it should specify non-land cards, since it specifies casting and not playing. Still, it would encourage more random bursts of song at FNM, which I'm in favor of. Artorias - Just gorgeous. I'm a little bit concerned about self-mill strategies, but also a little excited by what this could do. picnic_bomber - The only other card with that ability is 10CMC. I could maybe see it if it got a charge counter every turn and reduced the hand size by that number. In one go, at 4CMC? Hard pass. willows - I like the imagery, but this would give rise to a whole new genre of storm decks, dedicated to cheating this out.
Hemlock
This is a really awkward design, I think. The fact that it can be a 3/3 hexproof for G is troubling, even if it won't be most of the time. It's alternating between "extremely pushed and should probably be a rare" to "Why am I playing this again?" The flavor also doesn't really add anything - what or why are they celebrating, and how does your opponent having a full grip mean anything?
Ryder052
The dichotomy here is pretty interesting - it's clearly designed to be an aggro/tempo creature, in colors that would be playing hard lockdown control in order to use the activated ability. The ability word is an interesting touch, there's almost enough cards to make it real but not quite. I expect most of the time this is played, it's played in white weenie and the ability is ignored.
RaikouRider
Yep, that's a commander card. A very strong commander card, mind you. The flavor text does seem to clash with the ability (if she's a supporter why do all the auras go on HER to win?) And it's definitely not going anywhere in any 60-card format - but it also isn't meant to. All in all not bad.
JqlGirl - DISQUALIFIED Natural Balance called, they want their effect back. Sorry, changing the 5 to a 7 and adding ETBT doesn't get you anywhere.
Fajen Thygia
It's a really neat idea, but unless you also have legendary lands or legendary mana rocks to complement it, this land won't be doing much of anything. If it added mana based on the color of legendary things you controlled it would be really cool and I'd like it a lot more, but as it stands it needs to be built around pretty heavily.
netn10
I'm honestly a little surprised Draw7 didn't get as many people doing as I'd expected. However, this NEEDS to be a mythic - digging 14 cards deep for an answer is flat-out absurd, and you're basically telling the table "okay, you are all dead if I ever another turn".
Honestly, there really weren't any good cards in this lot. Those getting points are doing so more or less by default, but points they still get.
1st: Ryder 052 - Your card is all around solid, even if it's probably not going to be used for its "intended" purpose. In a village of blind men, you know the rest.
2nd: RaikouRider - You look at this card and you instantly know what it's there for. Village, one-eye, etc.
3rd: Fajen Thygia - Your card works. Really that makes it above average for this group, which sadly is saying something.

Fajen Thygia: Mox Amber land. I think the payoff requirement is about right, given the number of cheap legendary cards in the format now. Good effort at a new Sol land without being obviously busted.
netn10: Seven mana to potentially dig fourteen sounds about right, if Overwhelming Insight is a precedent. I'd probably play this over Recurring Insight in a lot of commander decks.
TheDrB: If Magosi, the Waterveil is a precedent, the shuffle should probably be in the cost, not part of the effect. I like that the artifacts are exiled to prevent recursive turns, like the Time Sieve decks of old.
Jimmy Groove: I like this as an alternate win condition in formats other than Commander, but this seems a little too easy to win with if cards like Coalition Victory are banned.
Artorias: This cannot return itself. Is this intended? Could use a line of flavor text, but design itself seems fine.
