I'm getting Peter Pan vibes from this and I really enjoy that. It's a very powerful limited bomb and it rewards aggression in the form of a sacrifice outlet. It's very flavourful as well and the design is something I'm surprised hasn't been done yet.
Big limited bomb. Big stompy beast. It does its job well and it fits in flavour as well. 6 Damage to any target every turn for 8 mana might be a bit too much, so I think a 5/5 would still be powerful enough?
I feel like this can go to combo town way too easily. With two artifacts on the board you can create an infinite amount of ETBs by exiling Ido with one artifact then the artifact exiling Ido with a second artifact. With something as simple as a Pristine Talisman that's already infinite mana and infinite life, so I'd be inclined to either rule out exiling other artifacts, to have it only exile permanents an opponent controls, or even to only blink one artifact instead of them all. It's a really cool design but it's also far too powerful in its current state.
The only issue here is the wording should be "At the beginning of each end step." It's well costed for its ability and flash is what really sells it here as it becomes a good combat trick as well as an anthem. Nice design!
I definitely understand what your card is trying to do and it's an appropriate cost and in the right colors, but I think this is still a wording issue as in it's current form a simple +1/+1 counter would kill the creature. I think the correct wording could be "If an effect would increase the power and/or toughness of target creature this turn, that creature's power and toughness is decreased by that much instead." Even then I feel like this might not be the right wording. Cool design, but very complex.
The card seems good, definitely an EDH staple for a good many decks and with relevant creature types. I'm undecided about the flavour though, as "vandal" to me is a very tame word that makes me think of small time destruction rather than a Royal Library. It seems to me that a word like Rioters or Anarchist would be more appropriate for destruction on that scale.
While I get the intended similarity with cards like Protean Hulk or Highland Game, the card's effects seem like they're too much based around the perspective of the Vampires. I kinda expect a card with the name 'Spawn of Ghalta' to be the one doing the predation. It works otherwise, more or less.
Eh. I'm not sure what it is about this card. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it per say- it's appropriately costed, I think, and the flavour works-, but I feel it's kinda...bland? It's a big, dangerous animal that sets things on fire.
I actually really like the card concept of a spiritualist that seals stuff inside objects and I find the natural tie in of Djinn + Lamp pretty neat. Likely to be commander only, but I'm sure there's plenty of archetypes that'd appreciate abusing this.
A pretty neat effect that ties in well to Abzan's mechanics, plus a pretty reasonable way to represent a draconic healer.
Fails to meet the round's criteria, unfortunately. Additionally, this feels like it rarely gets used in its intended fashion (since it's so narrow) and likely only sees use as part of some edge case five card combo.
Appropriate effect for city-sacking raider and, while we have plenty of similar effects, probably a welcome addition to casual formats.
Subject16: I'm rather surprised we haven't seen this trigger for drawing cards in green. I also appreciate the storytelling involved here, featuring a card only connected to your character flavorfully rather than functionally.
Flintlock: The combination of abilities and flavor text makes me smile. This seems playable in at least smaller constructed formats. I like how it has to survive a turn to actually pay off in getting the card you want, and it's a great removal magnet for your actual threat.
lookashiny: Design is great other than rarity. This kind of creature should be at least uncommon, if not rare, for both power level reasons and playability. Triple-color cards at common mean the person at the table actually playing monogreen is going to wind up with way too many of these.
Cardz5000: I am not quite sure how to justify it, but my gut says this kind of effect is better at uncommon. Every 0-drop creature other than Phyrexian Walker has been at uncommon. It seems innocuous, but I think the Hollow One decks in Modern would actually like this, given that it cycles for a card if there is no turn 1 creature.
soramaro: I'm glad this doesn't have reach - a lot of treefolk do. This would gum up the board very quickly if it had reach, and could get big quickly as well. Can't wait to see Rhulor himself if we get the chance.
Gerrard's Mom: This is one of the most creative uncommons I've seen out of the CCL in a while. The only way this could be better from a flavor perspective is if it had haste to begin with. Overall I'm really impressed though.
