I'm not sure I'd count deathtouch as a keyword ability... other than that, it seems fine. If I designed this I'd make it a 2/2, simply because it;s a 3-drop that enters tapped, and the hideaway condition can be moderately difficult to trigger. Those comments aside, it seems like a fairly well-balanced card, and the flavour is cool.
Ink-Treader
Sure. It's fairly costed and is negative CA for two turns of stall. The only qualm I have with this card is the colours. It's a cross between Azorius and Izzet, but it's only white and blue. Maybe make the mana cost U W/R?
netn10
As others have said before, me, your wording is off. As this should get double strike and trample if any of your creatures have power 4+, I really think this should cost 1GW. Aside from that, it's a neat idea and a pretty streamlined design. Flavour text is rough, but makes sense.
NimBalor
I think this is trying to do too much. You have so many effects crammed onto one card... it just seems cluttered.
glurman
Ok, this is cool, but it's broken as all hell. 2 mana for a 3/1 flier? That's ridiculous, not to mention it's “downside” is actually a massive combo enabler. I think this should cost 2W, and it's evoke cost should be 1W. At that point it's still really really good, just not quite as game breaking.
RaikouRider
I like this. Plain and simple. It's good, me like. Fairly costed, flashback cost isn't too high but is still enough to avoid issues. It should probably be a rare, but aside from that, good stuff. Title is cool too, I'd love to see what the art for this card would look like.
1: RaikouRider
2: netn10
3: Ink-Treader
Honourable mention: proudawesome. I actually like your card the most, but it doesn't really have two keyword abilities, as deathtouch doesn't really count
I know I'm late. If I don't get in, that's fine, I just like making cards.
Junkshaper Myr3
Artifact Creature - Myr (U)
Imprint - X, T: You may exile an artifact card with converted mana cost X from your hand. If you do, put X 1/1 colourless Myr artifact creature tokens onto the battlefield.
Metalcraft - As long as you control three or more artifacts, other Myr creatures you control get +1/+1.
1/3
Imprint is meant to have some ongoing connection with the exiled card, not simply make your card a different kind of spellshaper, so I can't really count your card as having imprint. The card is also broken, letting you flood the battlefield with 2/2 tokens in exchange for the worst artifact in your hand, and triggers metalcraft on its own if X=2 or more. Not an uncommon for sure.
Sequestering FogUW
Instant (U)
Detain target nonland permanent
Overload 2UW Hard to fight back when you can't even see your fingers an inch from your face.
A nice, simple approach to the challenge... Or it would have been, if you only remembered to a "that you do not control". As it stands, it can only delay a single turn, but will make it hard for you to advance your own state. With the fix, the overload cost will be undercosted, but it will be a much more exciting card to play.
Uncovered Lore2URW
Sorcery (M)
Return target noncreature, nonland card from your graveyard to your hand. Then, if Uncovered Lore was cast from exile, put it onto the battlefield transformed.
Rebound
///
Shu Yun, the Precursor
(URW) Legendary Creature - Spirit Monk
Prowess
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, Shu Yun, the Precursor deals 2 damage to target creature or player and you gain 2 life. "You have learned of the death of the Jeskai Way. And now, you shall see it reborn."
3/3
That a complecated way t approach this challenge, but ultimately it works. Regrowth-ing to cards from your graveyard and getting a powerful legendary creature to boot is a mighty effect, but suited for the cost, and the timing will mean that this card will be very interesting to play indeed. My only concern is that players won't like getting their awesome legend with a delay. Might want to give it haste to mitigate that a bit.
Supply Runner1RG
Creature — Human Warrior (U)
When Supply Runner enters the battlefield, bolster 1.
Dash 2RG
1/3
Dash+bolster will be a scary combination in limited, to the point I honestly can't tell if the cost is balanced or not. I like the idea behind it though, and it is one of the few cards in the challenge that show actual synergy between the two chosen mechanics. Some flavor text would be nice though.
Gilt-Leaf Cultist1BB
Creature — Elf Shaman (R)
Deathtouch
Hideaway (This creature enters the battlefield tapped. When it does, look at the top four cards of your library, exile one face down, then put the rest on the bottom of your library.) B, T: You may play the exiled card without paying its mana cost if three or more creatures died this turn.
1/2
Both deathtouch and reach were officially keyworded in Future Sight from existing Magic abilities, so while technically Lorwyn was the first set to have it on more than one card, it's not really a Lorwyn mechanic. A hideaway creature is an interesting ideas, one that I feel you didn't push enough, as the trigger is just a bit too expected. There is also no inner synergy within the two abilities, making me think that you could have easily gone with changeling and make a card that actually fits the challenge.
Bear-Claw MonkGW
Creature - Human Monk (Rare)
Prowess
Ferocious - As long as Bear-Claw Monk has 4 or more power, it has double strike and trample. "The Jeskai may call me heretic, but I found my way with the greater beings of nature."
1/1
That's not how ferocious work. Ferocious triggers on you having a creature with power 4 or greater, not on the creature itself growing in size. Not only did you not do the card properly, but if you've kept the original ferocious version , you'd have a much more interesting card on your hands.

With 2 players not actually using the mechanics correctly and 1 player choose a mechanic from the wrong block, I didn't have much to choose from:
1. Theazurespirit
2. Willows
3. Ink-Treader
NimBalor - This card is complicated for no reason. The "ping you for 1" seems tacked on, and the card doesn't feel blue to me at all. The card is strong and the two abilities that lets you copy it over and over are nice togheter.
glurman - This card has many little blinking synergies that makes it very fun card. I like it as a a card that looks simple but has many interesting gameplay decisions to it. The only nitpick tho is that 3/1 flying for two mana without any sort of meaningful drawback is very problematic.
RaikouRider - The keywords doesn't synergize well with themsleves. However, I like the simplicity of this card, and it is certenly a potent card with great value over the game.
drewdagreek - Simple rare, with cool Johney ability and looks fun in EDH. Not much to say.
Asrama - Unleash and battalion makes sense toghter, so that's fine. This creature looks like a nice curve-topper similar to Hellrider and Hero of Oxid Ridge but with many other cool ablities.
theazurespirit - This is the most interesting card of the batch. A sorcery that turns into a legend, rebuy spell to your hand and gives you value when you cast them? This card is a complicated way to approach this challenge and like everything it does. I'm only sad that this card can't be a commander because the front side isn't a creature...
