Eldritch Horrors - Monsters, too large, too ancient, too terrifying for human minds to comprehend. Or to put it in H. P. Lovecraft's words: The Thing cannot be described — there is no language for such abysms of shrieking and immemorial lunacy, such eldritch
contradictions of all matter, force, and cosmic order. A mountain walked or stumbled.
Main Challenge: Design a creature card that has 7 or more power and 7 or more toughness. Subchallenge 1: It's not green. Subchallenge 2: It has a way to avoid chump blocks.
Main: Everything 7/7 and upwards is eligible. For example a 9/7 would do. A 6/10 wouldn't fulfill the task. The base power and toughness are considered, so a growing creature doesn't count.
Sub1: This means there are no green mana-symbols in its cost. Also no fully or partially green color indicators. A partially green color identity would be okay, if you absolutely have to.
Sub2: Chump blocking means throwing a weak creature in front of a big creature to block it and prevent any damage other than that.
Your card needs to feature some mechanic to evade this complete damage prevention from just one block. Flying would suffice for example. Skulk would not.
Also anything that punishes blocking with just one creature could possibly work.
Design - (X/3) Appeal: Do the different player psychographics (Timmy/Johhny/Spike) have a use for the card? (X/3) Elegance: Is the card easily understandable at a glance? Do all the flavor and mechanics combined as a whole make sense?
Development - (X/3) Viability: How well does the card fit into the color wheel? Does it break or bend the rules of the game? Is it the appropriate rarity? (X/3) Balance: Does the card have a power level appropriate for contemporary constructed/limited environments without breaking them? Does it play well in casual and multiplayer formats? Does it create or fit into a deck/archetype? Does it create an oppressive environment?
Creativity - (X/3) Uniqueness: Has a card like this ever been printed before? Does it use new mechanics, ideas, or design space? Does it combine old ideas in a new way? Overall, does it feel “fresh”? (X/3) Flavor: Does the name seem realistic for a card? Does the flavor text sound professional? Do all the flavor elements synch together to please Vorthos players?
Polish - (X/3) Quality: Points deducted for incorrect spelling, grammar, and templating. (X/2) Main Challenge: Was the main challenge satisfied? Was it approached in a unique or interesting way? Does the card fit the intent of the challenge? An entry with 0 points here is subject to disqualification. (X/2) Subchallenges: One point awarded per satisfied subchallenge condition.

(1/3) Appeal: It's a Timmy card. That's about it.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(3/3) Viability: No problems here.
(2/3) Balance: This may be a problem in Legacy with Entomb followed by Exhume. Of course, Force of Will should stop this, but still...
Creativity -
(2/3) Uniqueness: Mistmeadow Skulk's protection for you and itself.
(3/3) Flavor: No problems here.
Polish -
(2/3) Quality: You may have based the wording on the first printing of Avacyn, Angel of Hope. It should be split into two lines: “Protection from converted mana cost 4 or less” and “You have protection from converted mana cost 4 or less.”
(2/2) Main Challenge: Met
(2/2) Subchallenges: Both met.
Total: 20/25
Design -
(1/3) Appeal: Timmy loves it. Johnny and Spike aren't too crazy about it.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(3/3) Viability: No problems here.
(2/3) Balance: It'll protect you from burn spells like Lightning Bolt, but it'll keep you from casting spells you want to cast like bounce spells. Still, it's an Archangel on steroids, so I can't somplain too much.
Creativity -
(2/3) Uniqueness: We haven't seen th Flagbearer ability since Apocalypse. Everything else have been done before.
(3/3) Flavor: No problems here.
Polish -
(3/3) Quality: Everything looks good.
(2/2) Main Challenge: Met.
(2/2) Subchallenges: Both met.
Total: 21/25
Design -
(1/3) Appeal: It's a Timmy card.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(2/3) Viability: I can see this as just rare.
(3/3) Balance: A 7/7 flyer for seven mana is okay. It keeps most token creatures from blocking when it attacks even if you have no Equipment. I have no problems.
Creativity -
(2/3) Uniqueness: The last ability is interesting, albeit boring.
(2/3) Flavor: Some flavour text sould have been nice.
Polish -
(3/3) Quality: Looks good.
(2/2) Main Challenge: Met
(2/2) Subchallenges: Both met. You get the second point for the flying alone.
Total: 20/25
Design -
(3/3) Appeal: As always, Timmy loves a big creature. Johnny sees combo potential, and will tell Spike how to get it into play early.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(3/3) Viability: No problems here.
(1/3) Balance: There are cards that let you exile cards you own in order to make this card cheaper and let you play it sooner. Examples include Orcish Librarian, Ignorant Bliss and cards with flashback or unearth.
Creativity -
(3/3) Uniqueness: Favored is new, and so's the second ability
(2/3) Flavor: I think it makes sense if it just kills creatures and planeswalkers.
Polish -
(1.5/3) Quality: The last line should read “Whenever CARDNAME becomes blocked by exactly one creature, you may destroy target creature, land or planeswalker defending player controls.”
(2/2) Main Challenge: Met
(2/2) Subchallenges: Both met
Total: 20.5/25
Design -
(2/3) Appeal: Timmy loves it, of course. So does Johnny.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(2/3) Viability: Honestly, I see no real reason this should be white.
(2/3) Balance: Needs three colours, so the casting cost is okay. The one-sided Divine Reckoning each turn can be a game ender if you have a creature remover in your hand.
Creativity -
(3/3) Uniqueness: It's new enough.
(3/3) Flavor: No problems here.
Polish -
(1/3) Quality: I think you meant “that player chooses a creature he or she controls. Also “where X is twice the number of creatures exiled this way.”
(2/2) Main Challenge: Met.
(2/2) Subchallenges: Both met.
Total: 19/25
Design -
(2.5/3) Appeal: Timmy likes it. Johnny might find a combo. Spike would like it.
(2/3) Elegance: The second ability might confuse some new players.
Development -
(3/3) Viability: No problems here.
(3/3) Balance: I don't really have any problems with this.
Creativity -
(2/3) Uniqueness: Mogg Squad meets Tromokratis and has a black child.
(3/3) Flavor: No problems here.
Polish -
(2/3) Quality: Second line should read “CARDNAME can't be blocked unless all creatures defending player controls block it.” See Tromokratis.
(2/2) Main Challenge: Met.
(2/2) Subchallenges: Both met.
Total: 21/25
Design -
(2/3) Appeal: As always, Timmy loves it. Spike might like it, too.
(3/3) Elegance: No problems here.
Development -
(3/3) Viability: No problems here.
(2/3) Balance: The drawback is worse than it looks. The defending player could play Holy Day or could find a way to rescue or regenerate his chump blocker.
Creativity -
(2/3) Uniqueness: The drawback is new. It's an interesting variation of Ball Lightning.
(2/3) Flavor: I don't get the impression that's it's starving.
Polish -
(3/3) Quality: Looks good.
(2/2) Main Challenge: Met.
(1.5/2) Subchallenges: For the second, there's an argument both for and against its validity, so I'll go in between.
Eldritch Horrors - Monsters, too large, too ancient, too terrifying for human minds to comprehend. Or to put it in H. P. Lovecraft's words:
The Thing cannot be described — there is no language for such abysms of shrieking and immemorial lunacy, such eldritch

Main Challenge: Design a creature card that has 7 or more power and 7 or more toughness.
Subchallenge 1: It's not green.
Subchallenge 2: It has a way to avoid chump blocks.
Sub1: This means there are no green mana-symbols in its cost. Also no fully or partially green color indicators. A partially green color identity would be okay, if you absolutely have to.
