[just some back story and some (hopefully coherent) thoughts on the the strategy of the deck]
Geldria, a vast city of industry and power. It is considered the epicenter of industry, the home of nobility, and a hub of knowledge. However underneath it’s gleaming façade there lies an iron grip of elitism and corrupt law. Various other races in the city that aren’t part of the elite society are considered inferior and suffer a cruel fate. The fortunate are merely indentured servants, and second class citizens. However there are plenty of less fortunate races that have it worse, ogres and trolls forced to duke it out in gladiatorial combat, viashino, goblins and minotaur’s bought and sold as cheap labor and guinea pigs. Deep runs the tension in this golden city and one fateful night, a lone leonin would set in motion the chain of events that would lead to a revolution igniting.
United by their common enemy these “inferior” races have joined together and aren’t going to lie down and take it anymore!
____
The Mystic Milita deck, is about fighting the power, and much like the aforementioned revolution uses hard and fast strikes to take down it’s enemies, with Ilorin, Revolutionary Paragon by your side, every new creature put on your field strengthens the others, and every hit they make against your opponents monsters packs an extra punch. Having trouble against your opponents defense? Use cards like Viashino Shackleclaw to break through the front line and give your other creatures a chance to strike a critical blow!

Legendary Creature - Minotaur Wizard [M]

Otherwise, put that card on the bottom of your library. "Greatest mind requires greatest riddles." - Karros, the Thoughtformer
The legend is cool, with a very interesting ability that requires some complex deckbuilding and play choices. As hard as it is to cast three spells of the same type in a turn, the abilities could be just a bit stronger, but they are already impressive things to work towards. The artifact feels too hard to pull off for the amount of mana it saves over similar "Draw a card." artifacts.
Raikou Rider
Ace, Ultimate Predator3BRG
Legendary Creature - Human Warrior Shaman {M}
As long as you control a Dragon creature, Ace, Ultimate Predator gets +3/+3 and has flying. 2RG, Tap an untapped Dragon creature you control: That creature deals damage equal to its power to another target creature. Hunting from Karrthus' back, Ace is the most feared predator in all of Jund. 4/4
Hellkite Adolescent2RR
Creature - Dragon {U}
Flying
When Hellkite Adolescent enters the battlefield, it deals 3 damage to target creature or player. At age ten, Jund hunters take on the Dark Climb. It is a quest to climb a volcano's peak, and the goal often involves fighting a young dragon. 3/3
The legend is a straightfoward and powerful Jund legend that is very easily printable. The creature, on the other hand, is likely too good to see print at uncommon. When the worst-case scenario for your four mana investment is a Lightning Bolt and the best case is a good sized evasive body and a bolt, that's something that'd swing drafts too much. It would still be playable if all the 3s were 2s.
Whenever Hyperion enters the battlefield or attacks, you may pay x. If you do, search your library for an Equipment card with converted mana cost X or less and put it onto the battlefield attached to Hyperion. Then shuffle your library.

Influential Call3G
Sorcery (U)
Put X 1/1 green Elf Warrior creature tokens onto the battlefield, where X is the highest power among creatures you control. The elves of the Gilt-Leaf will follow anyone with the power to offer them prestige.
The legend makes nice use of the Commander rules while still fitting into more mainstream Magic games, which is a plus. It is very strong, but within the power limit of mythics. The support card is good, simple and safe but costed well.

Gwyllith, Mire Mother4UGGB

When Mire Prowler deals combat damage to a player, search your library for a basic land and put it into play tapped.
3/4
The legend has an interesting ability, but it could certainly be worded better, and it is likely too costly for the effect. The blue and black in the support card aren't readily apparant. It might have been better to give it less power and straight up unblockability.
First of all, it should be "Whenever you cast your third instant spell each turn. See Incursion Specialist. Secondly, casting three of one type of spell may be too difficult to accomplish, even with the help of your artifact.
Raikou Rider
Nothing to complain about.
( nameless one )
You could have made the commander bigger. Second card's okay.
FreshMeat
You could have put the two activated abilities in the same line, like "Sacrifice a creature: Choose one - Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature; or target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn."
drewdageek
I see nothing that needs either of your cards to be black. Also, the wording is terrible. It should be "While you're searching your library, you may cast up to one creature spell from your library each turn."
The general is a little on the weird side, putting thrull tokens and then sacrificing your other creatures, but the theme seems to be drawing multiple cards, if that’s the case then it generally will put you ahead I suppose.
Your uncommon I like this card better than the general as it’s a cool control as a way to get more cards and get rid of something from your opponents side of the field.
GWU
Your commander make my head hurt a little bit, so he comes pout and then you and everyone else flips the top card and all the creature cards come out, except their illusions and die just by being target by spells a and you can populate even more of the fragile tokens….and then a board wipe/burn comes along and all your work is for nothing
But wait! With your uncommon anytime they’re targeted, you can make more and then……board wipe, second verse same as the first. Also some flavor text would be nice on the uncommon
I see what you were going for here, but I think you might have reached too far, if not for cards like Wrath of God and their ilk these would form a broken combo.
BGW
I like this commander and this uncommon and do you know why? Because if I played this guy, I would spend the majority of the game getting more and more mana and playing defense.
Then, when I’m at the endgame I would haul this bad boy out onto the field, and play the uncommon and then keeping cycling through this commanders abilities with my mass of mana until I had a bunch of ridiculously pumped up saprolings, and everyone I’m playing against has no more creatures because I’ve been putting -1/-1 counters on everything that’s not mine.
Then finally when I run out of mana to keep the cycle running, then I all out swing and win, and then the people I’m playing with punch me in the face for being worlds biggest troll.
The moral of the story is that your card will get people punched in the face.
Did I mention I liked these cards?
WUBRG
Yo dawg I heard you like lords, so we put a lord on your lord, so you can lord while you lord.
But seriously, pimp my ride jokes aside, this is pretty much what this lord does right? makes it so you can use every lord possible and they all buff each other because they're all creature types, added bonus you also can use all he tribal spells.
The uncommon's okay, though i would have amped up the damage by 1, but then again seeing as everything on your side of the field is goblin, maybe it's fine where it is.
UBR
The general is okay, though I must admit for such a control/kill heavy color combo it’s surprisingly tame. Based on the uncommon I’m guessing the point of this deck would be to destroy a lot of permanents and use it to do one of the things that your commander does yeah? Not saying it’s a bad card….just kind of a hollow one.
The uncommon is the same, not bad, but with no haste it does negate the surprise factor of persist a bit.
That’s all I really have to say about this.
RB
Okay I get it, so you use your commander to pump up your creatures and the enchatnment to add more to your commanders pump and then use his secondary ability to change it up, to red instead of black let's say. I like it, but here's where it's bugging me.
This feels blue.
Even though Goblins are typically red and black these abilities seem more akin to URB then just rb alone, but that could be that I've gotten to sue to associate any form of card manipulation with blue more than any other color.
Team Combo executing assigned critiquing duties on Team Midrange!
Sagharri RU - I like your Commander because he rewards both good deckbuilding and good gameplay. The artifact, though I think could be better if it allowed you to play the revealed spell from your library. That'd make it easier to hit your legend's triggers.
Raikou Rider BRG - Your Commander is cool, though I'm not really feeling the B in his flavor. The dragon feels a little to powerful for an uncommon.
( nameless one ) x - Firstly, kudos for going colorless. Your Legend made me look up the Commander and EDH banned lists, (I've never actually played the format, but the more I learn about it the more I like it) It's funny that Jitte is banned in EDH but not Commander. Hyperion might tip the scales on that score. Your land is a good support card.
FreshMeat BG - Your commander looks and feels very solid as does your support spell. I can't really see anything wrong here. Good Job
drewdageek UBG - Your two cards work together very well. Your legend has an interesting ability, but your support card would work just as well in just green. I'm not feeling any B or U here.
