Cardz5000: This can get expensive and mana intensive really quick. I like the concept, but it feels a little strange to me.
Jimmy Groove: Jeez, colorless removal. There shouldn't be parenthesis around the s in colors, but it's not bad overall. Comparing to Karn Liberated, five mana seems right.
Maokun: The creatures never have a chance to die from the damage due to state-based effects.
Teraparsec: I like the card, but it feels a little too narrow for a four mana removal spell. I would give it a "noncreature permanent" clause and make it five mana.
Eskimo_Rage: This isn't a UG effect. In all honesty, this is (G/W)U: Put target creature on top of its owner's library, if you win the clash destroy it instead.
Raikou Rider: I understand that you had to do a five-color spell, but this is just silly. It feels incredibly powerful; it's a vindicate with a bribery attached. Would check the power level on this one, Vegeta.
Rithaniel: Interesting, but rather limited. The power level feels about right, and I suppose that the CMC of 1 or less is in BG, but not really in white.
ced395: This is just a much, much worse Vindicate.
LnGrrrR: Make it modal with Choose and ; other than that really good card for me. Flavor text sold it well and I like the versatility.
Arcel: I'd maybe have it sand "destroy artifact or land" if you're going to be giving them a land back. Cool instant speed removal however. Hrm, Maybe if it Exiled their permanent?!
arbitraryarmor: Quite fond of this. Two thumbs up.
void_nothing: Good for a four color card.
ohmusama: Not sure if this is too powerful or not, but I like the flavor and as always, good for a "four" color card.
Thelas: Would have costed it WUUUB myself, but cool card none the less. Simple is always best imo.
willows: Would have maybe said "artifact, creature or planeswalker" and left out Enchantments due to Red. Cool card though, and fits the colors.
For god's sake, please link your PW and state your team...

aurorasparrow — Nice, simple and clean. Good.
LnGrrrR — I think this could have been an instant easily. I like it, nevertheless.
Arcel — This seems extremely underpowered. It is a bad Path to Exile/Ghost Quarter, imo. For 4 mana (instead), it could have searched a land for yourself.
arbitraryarmor — Pernicious Deed with Split second seems really strong. The life you loss seems low for the common X (2-3).
void_nothing — This 4color cards are really tough, I admit. It seems a bit confusing, and odd. Btw, I'd had deathtouch to the snakes.
ohmusama — The kicker here is overkill and adds nothing to the card. Also, this is a really good putrefy/Crib Swap/etc. 2 for 1 at instant speed.
Thelas — It's a strong effect, but the cost seems really restrictive. It might happen that you draw a lot of cards, but seems unlikely. It'd be much better has: XWUB - destroy permanent with cost X, draw X.
willows — It's on colors, but it's a bit odd as well. Except for creatures, it might be a bit underwhelming. Maybe put on top of the library instead?

Thought of the Month: I gave up from trying to require the 'i' on my name: SolesticIo
arbitraryarmor
The fact that it hits all permanents makes this very, very strong. A bit too strong to my tastes.
void_nothing
Your colors are hard to make something with. You did well. Land destruction for a correct price.
ohmusama
The kicker is nice, but the card itself is a bit on the cheap side for instant creature removal with a bonus.
Thelas
Not a bad card, but the casting cost makes it quite difficult to cast. I'm a limited player, so I'm biased towards that, and it would be unplayable there. In the right deck this can be a house.
Willows
This feels a bit forced.

I would've liked to give aurorasparrow points too, but I can only pick 3
