Prepare for an informal and collegial card-making journey on the high seas with me, your captain aboard the good ship Italian Lunchtime, a Flamingo-class interplanar catamaran. This contest will see you pick restrictions every round which will stick with you the entire time. Once you have a card restriction in your kit, you can't get rid of it for this entire trip, so choose wisely. What restrictions you may pick might possibly depend on what happened in previous rounds, and some restrictions may earn you bonus points for successfully using them. However, you won't be required to use every restriction in your kit every round.
Each round you'll design cards according to the challenge and the restrictions placed upon you. Afterwards you'll be assigned to judge another contestant at random, and I will also score everyone, out of a possible score of 10 points per round. Round scores will be the average of my score and your peer score, and if you fairly judge the card(s) given to you with a few constructive comments, you'll get 2 bonus points that round.
Nobody gets eliminated - we're not in the business of keelhauling here, although if you lollygag and don't submit before a deadline you lose the chance to score in that round!
Always remember to track your restrictions from round to round. Copy and paste the ones you take into a spoiler now and add to it in later rounds.
The contest ends when we reach our destination. Along the way we'll learn to laugh, cry, love, and maybe earn some special surprises.
Sound good? Here goes!

Gerrard's Mom - Sublime. I think for Limited purposes this might have been better served as a rare, but still, it's almost hard to believe you made a coherent card, and an interesting and potentially powerful one too. Love the symmetrical effect and the flavor. 10
Cardz5000 - Trouble in Paradise looks fun and devious. I was ready to not like Lightning Round Stadium's chaos ability for being too gimmicky but then I realized that you could planeswalk once or multiple times during resolution and/or roll chaos once or multiple times for the new planes. Genius. Still might be too much rolling, though. Halls of New Prahv is interesting politics but in 1v1 Planechase (not that anyone plays that but me) it says "When you planeswalk here, active player wins the game." 8
Antiantiserum - Dreadnought Leviathan looks like a tremendous bomb and might be too much for five mana, but a fairly steep crew cost makes it tough to abuse, so fair play. The Emeraldian Fields looks like a fair (but really really powerful) card that would still make it into Eternal formats! Okaun's Channel is my kinda fun and I love lucky challenge. 9
Hemlock - I adore Great Woods Canopy for many reasons, and I'd play the heck out of it in Limited. Groove (Grove?) of Autumn Willow has a perfectly niche ability that is still build-around. No complaints at all. 10
Sorry, just started working nights, I'll get a critique up asap
Edit:
Dreadnought Leviathan is pretty pushed, but the crew cost keeps it safe enough, but I'm not sure Sunblast Angel is a narrow hoser. (name also fails to feel legendary)
The Emeraldian Fields virtually better than basic aside from the legendary status, but the odds of you sacrificing it are pretty high, so having one stuck in your hand isn't likely. It's a nice open threat
Okaun's Channel feels more like a story spotlight card than a legendary spell (it should also add instead of ) I also don't feel like flipping challenge warrants a keyword. (This also fails to qualify for Chaos Theory)
Overall some cool designs that got impacted awkwardly by some of your restrictions I'll give it an 8/10
Hemlock:
Perfect Circle is a tough restriction for sure, although I'm ever so slightly less impressed now that I see you used flash to connect in Round 6.
The Grinder restriction is the only one that is slightly debatable, but I guess it's pretty close since it completely shuts down fliers and at least ramps in a pinch.
Just FYI, the wording is "can block only creatures with flying" - I think because on things like Cloud Sprite "can only block" might be taken to mean it can't attack.
I have conflicting feelings about the wall - it's flavorfully nice that it would stop everything and trade with the Baron, but killing a flier AND locking down all future flying attacks seems really harsh and swingy. Then again, Homelands is full of narrow hosers. Randomly ramping is weird, but somehow makes it feel more deserving of Legendary status.
Autumn Willow's groove IS in the heart. This is such a niche ability that it's probably fine on a "better than basic" and fits the weird narrow stuff of old school days. Most of the enchant lands are things you put on for mana fixing and stuff but I guess it's ok to cast them on end step and have it available next turn.
Good job staying on the restrictions and getting the mechanical and flavorful feel of Homelands. They are both solid but nothing too innovative or exciting.

All restrictons, one card. What a tough task! Too tough for many as five of us went missing during the last stop. But you, you mastered it perfectly. I have tears in my eyes, though that might be only because I'm tired.
You did collect some marvelous items on our journey and made a neat package out of it. Sometimes I have a weird liking for cards that somehow feel tiny. This newest addition to the line of Sengir's minions adds so many 1's and 2's, even the cards you reference contain them. Simply adorable.
The outcome is even playable and creates interesting situations and choices for each player. I wonder if a thoughness of 1 would be better in general, to give each player the option to end this and take away the option for card advantage from others. Of course, P/T=post# demands it to be the way it is.
For this marvel you have deserved yourself all 10 of the points this time!

Overall some cool designs that got impacted awkwardly by some of your restrictions I'll give it an 8/10
Perfect Circle is a tough restriction for sure, although I'm ever so slightly less impressed now that I see you used flash to connect in Round 6.
8/10 for me.
Probably Chaff: A black card that targets but doesn't destroy or reduce the power and toughness of creatures.
Forbidden Dance: A card that references or is based on another card that was at one point banned in Standard.
Class Specialization Rogue: A Rogue creature card using no non-evergreen keywords.
In the Beginning: A card that references/homages a card that was in Alpha but not in Revised.
Check 'Em: A creature with printed power and toughness each equal to the post number (within the thread) your entry is in.
Forum Explorer Club: The next prompt in a CCCG game at the time you make the card.
BONUS
Feroz is Serious About His Ban: All of your cards have a flavorful connection to Ulgrotha.
Verbosity is the Best Policy, Verily: None of your cards has a name less than three words long.
Day Long Trip to Target: All of your card give a positive effect to an opponent.
one mana black 2/2 Rogue, targets without destroying or -toughness, gives positive effect to opponent, three word name, Ulgrotha, based on Copper Tablet and Skullclamp and this prompt
Castle Sengir Torturer B
Creature - Human Rogue (U)
Defender
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may have Castle Sengir Torturer deal 1 damage to target creature.
Whenever a creature dealt damage this turn by Castle Sengir Torturer dies, that creature's controller draws two cards.
2/2
