A conspiracy mechanic intended to cross over to cube. The ability has no in-game effect, so the inherent cost is quite low. Cards with the ability are intended to fill a gap that any deck may need filled. Although you don't know exactly who has which cards in the card pool, there are face up cards in conspiracy, and if you passed something you really wanted, you can remember it, and make a public offer.
