kjsharp - Aurochs Matriarch is alright; not sure why it has to be mana from two different permanents, why can't I just spend any old SS to get the counters. Kincall is a bit awkward but fine. Phyrexian Ritualist is awesome. Very much in the tradition of New Phyrexia. Difficult to balance but feels mythic and Phyrexian through and through.
IcariiFA - Alacall certainly feels legendary and I can appreciate snow mana being in the mana cost, but I don't necessarily like exert being used in that way. Definitely feels off. Karack is awesome, potentially scary though.
rkohn1357 - Herdcaller Aurochs is doing a lot; I don't think I like that much tutoring, especially to the battlefield, on an uncommon. Cobbled Monstrosity is cute, but maybe overbalanced - I get that not giving counters for paying life in the cost is an important balancing tool, but it all just feels underwhelming to pay BBB and 4 life for a 3/3, for example, especially at mythic.
netn10 - Is Frozen to the Core an updated version of Frozen Solid? It works, but could seemingly be uncommon. I've seen Singularity Crusader before; fine design, just sort of generic. If it's supposed to be a corrupted Leonin Sun Standard I wanna see that in the flavor.
|Katamari| - I usually don't like block mechanics on planeswalkers, it feels sort of obnoxious and oversold. That +1 ability does way too much considering the frozen status is basically unremovable. Phyrexian Plague should not be rewarding you for playing a one-mana wrath variant.
Hemlock - Mayra is great. While I definitely get, flavorwise (and mechanically), why she herself isn't snow, it was still a bit jarring. Bloodied Berserker is just off - no flavor to speak of and no discernable Phyrexian connection, just an opposite day Deathforge Shaman.
Gerrard's Mom - Goblin Snowball is delightful, Partisan of the Orthodoxy is a great anchor uncommon. Little to say here in the way of criticism because you hit it spot on this round.
Aurochs: In the vein of other five mana creatures that can upgrade into 6/6 tramples (Revolt and Renown guy lately), this is clearly on its place in green. I like how the aurochs ability was tweaked into an intresting riplleish-kinship ability instead of the good old +1/+0 for each other aurochs.
Ritualist: This is an intresting design but I don't feel it safe enough (nor broken enough as to dismiss the posibility of it being tested.). To tell you the truth, I was juggling with a similar idea but I couldn't make it work. I really like the tie between the effect and the keywords.
IcariFaa
Alakall: I really like this. Forcing exert is far less wordier than all the "doesn't untap..." thing and the snow mana in the cost is a nice touch. Somehow while being ok as a blue card I do feel the attack-punishing more on white side but no big deal here. Another thing I like is how it allows you to pull shenanigans to manipulate its p/t. Nice job.
Karack: Certainly impressive, and as with kjsharp, I'm a bit worried about power level. I think the effect is dramatic enough as to drop all teh counter thing: Karack is already helping you win by making your life into mana and getting 4 power by casting a 1-mana Toshiro Umezawa feels like a lot.
rkhon
Aurochs: Another aurochs, this one with both kind of abilities: More aurochs into play and stampede-pumping. I like how you can search for meaner aurochs the more aurochs you have attacking but I would have added the hoop of being a 2/3 at uncommon.
Monstruosity: Nice triskelion-ish creature but I feel it's too unsynergistic with phyrexian mana.
netn10
Frozen: This feels white, but I like how you get allowed to bleed a bit but forcing a higher cost. This is a bit too weak for a rare. Also you weren't supposed to post two cards of the same rarity.
Crusader: I think this would have been fine as a white card with phyrexian activation: The way it is, it can get too dangerous for monocolor.
katamari
Heidar: Hard to crit in a vacuum, as he's someone who'd be printed in a set where snow casting costs and freezing would be important mechanics.
Plague: A bit too much for my taste if you compare it to dismember. Sure it can't hit big stuff but I think this is a card that would be dangerously constrictive if printed.

Snowball - Fun design. Very aggresive. The trigger on attack keeps it safer.
Partisan: This is so nice and so mean at the same time. Paying only one life for Phyrexian mana is a huge upside and god forbid you get two of them to hit the table. I think this is the card that supports Phyrexian mana the best of the whole bunch.
voidnothing
Distortion: Awesome, great way to power up your army at the expense of added frailty, something quite in red philosophy. Anything that can get a 10/1 glorybringer is worth heeding. I also like the link between getting counters and paying phyrexian, but I would really up the cost of this one, maybe even doubling it
The Kindred is very flavorful yet a bit chaotic. I like the balance the upkeep trigger brings. Two things I don't quite like is that the first two tokens are just way too similar and the abnility of adding two mana would look nicer in one. I think that, with a bit of tweaking, this could work.
