As an additional cost to play CARDNAME, sacrifice a chicken you control.
When equipped creature attacks, roll a six sided die. On an even number, equipped creature gains flying, first strike, and gets +2/+0 until the end of the turn. On an odd number, remove equipped creature from combat and CARDNAME deals 2 damage to it.

Also make some cards I can tutor up with Mystical Teachings. The card's color identity CANNOT include green or white.

For Bidding Crypt 2BB
Enchantment (r)
Whenever a player flips a coin, either player may put a crypt counter on a permanent they control. If either player does, the other player must as well.
Whenever a coin is flipped, the looser sacrifices all permanents with crypt counters on them which he or she controls.
IIW: A card that would be blasphemy to play (take that as you will)
I guess OP wants it to be 'keyworded' like "dies" was. What word would you replace ETB with though?
When Aegis Angel is born?
When Huntmaster of the Fells arrives?
When Kitchen Sphinx lands?
When Faerie Imposter busts in?
When Dread Cacodemon pops in?
When Malfegor shows up?
Cute. Puts a bit of strain on the judge(s), and not every tournament will have an official judge, but it's a good un-card anyway. No rarity. Until I read further I thought that this was based on Voice of All but it works either way. 7.5/10
Tranquilo - Awww, some Presents!
Wording has a couple minor mistakes, but I get the picture. This seems pretty fair given that your opponent has the choice if there's anything he really needs to block. "Creatures you control are unblockable this turn" would be reasonably fair at 2U, so there's nothing wrong with the power level. I like that it kinda ties into the effect of Awesome Presence as well. 8.5/10
JonFuryZacharias - I Land, Knight Reign, Night Rain
I Land: Mechanic and flavor work pretty well together, but it might have been even better if it considered toughness instead of power.
Knight Reign: Lots of words, some of them awkward, for a narrow and somewhat underpowered effect.
Night Rain: I don't buy the flavor here. Without an "exile it if it would leave the battlefield" clause like on Dreams of the Dead, it's too easy to get around the cumulative upkeep.
Overall: 7/10
Marco - Rubble-Rouser
Mechanics work well with the name. Balanced. I was hoping for cards that sounded almost exactly like other cards rather than cards that sounded mostly like other cards, but this is well designed nonetheless. 8.5/10
Volrath the Risen - Hydrablast
This has the potential for some very explosive results, but the restriction to red spells means that you'll usually be using it on your own cards, which balances it somewhat. Very flavorful. 9.5/10
void_nothing - Mire Charger
This should definitely be at least a rare; triple colored mana costs don't really belong at uncommon, and this is pushing the power level somewhat for a black uncommon. Otherwise it's well designed, but I was hoping for "sounds almost exactly the same as another card" rather than "rhymes with another card." 7.5/10
Rithaniel - Delve to Deep Below
That only vaguely sounds like Elves of Deep Shadow. The power level is fine and the mechanic is interesting, though. 7.5/10
Piar - Gorilla Tactics
An interesting Overrun twist. You misspelled "Gorilla" in the second line. 8/10
PanchoPonceN - Won with Nature
This will win you some games all right. It might be a bit too strong as an instant, since it lets you wait until blockers have already been declared (or not declared, as the case may be). Comparable to Charge Across the Araba. This should almost certainly be an uncommon rather than a common. 7/10
MagicBrains - Time Wok
I love the name, but I would expect a "wok" to be an artifact or something. Presents some memory issues: first, remembering what the value of X was, and second, remembering that you had cast it in a previous turn since there's no time limit on the effect. 7/10
CrustaceanCrusader - Battlefield Parcher
Nice parallel with Thirst. Balanced and decent flavor. "Parch" and "Perch" are a little more distinguishable than I was hoping for. 7.5/10
Ninja Caterpie - Kitchen Sphinx
I'm not sure how either side of the "tea or coffee" riddle translates to "creatures target player controls don't untap during his or her next untap step." "Sphinx" and "Finks" are more distinguishable than I was hoping for. 7/10
Fungus - Sharp Hen Pitchfork
No rarity. Using a six-sided die with a chicken is pretty classic as far as un-cards go, but mechanically there's no reason why this should be a die roll and not a coin flip. 7/10
Megiddo - Vaporous Gin
About equivalent to Dark Ritual if you're just trying to accelerate one spell, but weaker if you're trying to build up a storm count or something. Still very powerful. Definitely fits the challenge. 8.5/10
Prophylaxis - Protein Hydra
"Protein" and "Protean" aren't quite pronounced the same. The mechanics don't really jive with the name (other than hydras = +1/+1 counters) and the dragon creature type seems very out of place. 6/10
bloodyspasm - Coughing Queen
No power and toughness. Just a barely changed rehash of Coffin Queen. The name is clever, but I wish you had done more with it. 6/10
Glimyrpost - For Bidding Crypt
Coin flip mechanics are almost always red. The wording here needs work but the mechanics are pretty interesting. Notallcoin flips have a winner or a loser. 7/10
The winner and next round:
Volrath the Risen wins with Hydrablast.
Next challenge: More non-creature spells that characterise iconic creature types.
Form of the Antelope2WW
Enchantment (M)

Form of the Homarid2U

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a tide counter on Form of the Homarid.
As long as there is exactly one tide counter on Form of the Homarid, spells you cast cost U more to cast.

Phantom Dance1GG
Enchantment
If a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it would be dealt damage, prevent it. Remove a +1/+1 counter from that creature. G, Sacrifice a creature: Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
IIW: Create a Mythic Rare that could headline a cycle in a future set.
Spellshaper Mastery (Rare)
Cost: 2UR
Enchantment
When you discard a card as part of a cost, put a charge counter on Spellshaper Mastery.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all charge counters from Spellshaper Mastery, then draw a card for each counter removed this way.
Entries so far seem to have the idea pretty well. What I'm looking for is spells that really express the essence/pinnacle of the creature type. So if you put the "souls" of that entire species into a cauldron and started making spells out of it, this is a spell you might get.
That is NOT necessarily the same as turning yourself (or a creature, or whatever) into a creature of type X.

Enchantment - Aura {C}
