Mergatroid_Jones - Interesting Sen Triplets-ish idea but my, that's narrow even for trinket text. Pretty cool on the whole though, even though it maybe has too many colors.
Subject16 - Lot of abilities, huh? Going for a Rakdos, the Showstopper sort of thing I see. Undying is less "justified" when the card can't sacrifice itself. Tribal for a slightly obscure tribe is low-hanging fruit for trinket text. Ah, but that replacement effect is great. Taken as a whole the card is strong and interesting stuff.
Legend - I sort of get the flavor of the trinket text from the name, but the whole thing is so abstract it just comes off as a hatebear with more efficient stats than usual. Definitely fits the "powerful" part of the challenge, being as pushed as it is, but the trinket text just isn't bringing it home for me.
graffd02 - Definitely a nice boardwipe, and I can see where the white comes from, and also a great use of a one-word name, but with islandwalk being a deprecated mechanic, the trinket text might be a bit too trinkety. I'm gonna say this feels like a custom design from around 2000, but I mean that in a good way.
Sephon19 - Again, tribal is low-hanging fruit for this sort of thing, even and especially tribal hosing. Factor that out and you're left with a dismal 2 power for five mana - definitely failing the "powerful" bit of the challenge.
Forestsguy - Feels more like a planeswalker deck exclusive card than something with trinket text proper, and not multicolor.
Flatline - Name has me shaking my head. That's either a playtest name or something from a loose cycle with Fraction Jackson, and if it's the latter, it's not nearly Un- enough. I'm not sure which part is meant to be the trinket text but both abilities are pretty... generally useful, so I don't think this is the best card for the challenge.
mirrislegend - So this card definitely doesn't have trinket text. It only has one ability, which is good enough to warrant existing standalone cards like Rule of Law and Eidolon of Rhetoric. Unlike those cards this isn't symmetrical, but for its cost and stats I feel it's quite weak and vulnerable, and besides, there's nothing black about this - it feels totally tacked on just to fit the challenge, and if you had to make a card with only this ability multicolor white-blue would be the only option imho.
VolrathTheRisen - Dear God the flavor. If this card had cost UB it probably could have won. Alas, it's not multicolor, and there are much better Specter-type effects at three mana.
LnGrrrR - Something is missing with the flavor here - specifically this doesn't seem like a mundane Frog, more like a Frog Horror or somesuch like The Gitrog Monster. Two nice keywords + always-useful ETB ability + pushed stats + fun trinket text is definitely powerful and worth playing, but at the end of the day this is mostly pushed fat and I'll refer you to what I've already said about tribal for trinket text.

Ah, missed the "powerful" bit. I have to say, though, I'm kinda defiant in regards to just rolling with rares, is it just me that finds design more interesting if you push stuff down in rarity? My design would easily be backbreaking in limited with the proper support, I sincerely disagree that it's an underwhelming uncommon... I SWEAR I WILL WIN ONE DAY
Barrier Matrix 2U
Enchantment C
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may gain 1 life.
Pay 1 life: Shuffle target card from your graveyard into your library.
Stille_nacht: This reminds me of original Rav Selesnya, with their mind-washing powers. White has been able to control things in the past but it's no longer in its color pie especially. Six mana in two different colors for what's essentially Mind Control seems fairly balanced imo. And well done for designing a card that's a pie break in TWO colors!
Mergatroid_Jones: So Psionic Blast was the OG blue burn card and whilst this is a color pie break, this doesn't do anything especially new and five blue mana is REALLY specific for an effect that really lies around three mana like the aforementioned card.
Forestsguy: Reanimator in red, with a Phoenix enabler makes my flavor senses happy. The fact that it has Undying might push is a little too far, but I like this design for sure.
Legend: I like this. Blue almost never gets access to straight removal and needing a strong creature in hand to "scare" it with is a nice condition for this card to be playable.
Sephon19: This is a bit of an odd card to me. It's a pie break because of lifegain in blue, but it doesn't do anything other than that that you couldn't see in that color.
graffd20: Playable but not super flashy. Going forward I think this is how WotC would probably solve the issue of card draw in white. Smothering tithe is a successful card so I can imagine this type of effect to enter the design process soon!
Tibalt, PowerhouseR
Legendary Plainswalker - Tibalt ( M ) +1: Each Player Draws a card, then discards a card at random. -2: Tibalt, Powerhouse deals damage to target creature equal to the number of creatures it's owner controls. -4: Each player discards their hand, shuffles their library, then draws three cards. { 2 }
I don't think my card is odd at all. I'm curious as to exactly what you mean with the fact that the card isn't a break in more ways than the lifegain. The contest winner didn't get punished for giving red undying and flying, both of which are within color pie. If you're confused as why the in-color chosen effect is on any card at all, well...
There are a few blue cards that reshuffle cards back into graveyards, meant for self-mill/mill safeguard, turbofog, graveyard hosing and a few other niche effects. The card's shuffle ability isn't a break in neither payment or effect, as blue is able to both pay life for costs and reshuffle cards this way (it's technically a bend however since it's a limited version of what blue normally does here, similar to how black dealing damage to creatures without draining life is a bend) but the ability synergizes well with the lifegain effect that's definitely a full break for blue. These reshuffle cards are usually if not always one-shot effects, and this allows you to shuffle over several turns if you need to repeat it, with incoming fuel too with the lifegain. (I'm actually not sure if this multi-turn ability activation is a bend or break or none of these things.) Also at common rarity it may enable a reshuffling control deck archetype in limited depending on the set's infrastructure...
The card wouldn't be possible in its current self-feeding function without the break.

Apparently everyone but legends gunned for 1 cmc challenge.
Grafd02 a Tibalt - 1 CMC planeswalkers hmm. This tibalt loses melvinity, as its abilities dont connect well with each other. It looks like a repeatable discard or wheeling engine.
Sephon 19 - Bloodpact Revenant- this is slightly more powerful diregraf Ghoul, but lava axes yourself on death. Wouldve been better i think if it was 3/3, because right now it trades with 2/1s and those can be had even at limited on turn 2.
Megatroid Jones Mosquito - this is one of the cheapest "Scroll Thief" effects. Needs a pumper to do its jobe though, its an annoyance like a mosquito should be.
Legend Endless War - Okay this is is a cheaper time warp, provided you attacked with something. This is blie definitely, and is red too. This is cool.
Megatroid Jones wins this round.

Also at common rarity it may enable a reshuffling control deck archetype in limited depending on the set's infrastructure...
The card wouldn't be possible in its current self-feeding function without the break.

For the challenge itself, I have to think about it.
