Which in a deck with lots of cheap stuff, is kinda sorta potentially ridiculous. Say you have a deck with 2:3 land to nonland ratio (24 land:36 other). So you should hit at least 2 lands. If the majority of your cards cost 1 or 2 this will probably be drawing at least 5 cards. Which is expensive even if it was blue.
So, I know good counters are new to real life magic, but does every color get mana acceleration now? Gild was rare, and most of its effect is squarely in black's color pie.

Winterspring - Too dependent on opponent's stuff. If it was "less than or equal" then we could talk. Probably up the cost by one then.
Sir Aureus - This feels a bit cheap for what it does. Being able to go: 1drop > Spade/equip/use > 4drop (turn3) in ANY color doesn't feel right to me. Or store the gold a bit and cast a 6 drop on turn 4, etc. Fast ramp (and color fixing) shouldn't be this accessible.
swishh - I can dig it. Could easily cut a mana off. Also, why is it 'plundering dungeons'; it seems more like you're plundering corpses to me.
aa - Seems good. Not sure why this is white - it feels much more red to me.
Ink-Treader - To comment on the recent trends/old trends: I'd like to see this as 2WU. Probably fair enough. Definitely crazy in certain decks, but that should be fine.
Selesnya - Like AI said, but also, meh. The Gold is cute and all, but if you have 3 non-Dragon creatures, a Dragon, AND this out, what do you need 5 Gold for?
MOON-E - I like Pearl Diver. Plundering Pirates is, eh. I don't think plundering yourself is right flavorfully.
AI - I like the Scry X ability, but the making a Gold at the beginning of your upkeep every turn isn't blue. It's a lot like Awakening Zone. Basically, mana fixing/(temporary) ramp is not blue.
Lynx - The 3 damage is underpowered; it could easily be 5. The wording on the second half is all sorts of off, so much so that I'm not certain if I'm putting my own permanent into play, or if my opponent is putting one of their permanents into play under my control.
Unicorn - Seems too good. I know you're going for the Treasure Hunt thing, but I'm not a fan of this.
Estate Sale - Why is this white? Also, I'm not a fan of how this can double your mana if you go all-in with it on just lands - even more with tokens etc.. I see too many broken things happening, and not really anything fair happening.
Asrama - Neat. I'm not sure why this needs its own ability keyword though - totally unnecessary. Also, it's not even flavorfully accurate, as you're 'pirating' from your own library, not your opponent who you just hit.
coletrain - Ah, I see. Took me a moment to understand what you were saying. You need to write out "X minus 2" or "2 less than X" otherwise it looks like "X to 2". On to actual stuff: That seems like a lot. Running with stuff like Probe and a couple of B discards, this can get large, then you're casting multiple cards out of their hand, and it's like whoa.
Also, how would this work with stuff like Telepathy? And then, if I play a Gitaxian Probe while Telepathy is already out, would I get another counter?
CC - I like this, but I'm not sure about the flavor.
Cythare - I like it. Feels too expensive to ever see play though. Nice limited rare and maybe casual - which is fine. I'd like to see it be a 3/3 though.

I actually gave this some thought, probably should have noted it. I figured that, like targeting, looking at a players hand was specific language. So, like, the ability wouldn't trigger off of someone revealing their hand. And every time a card said "look at target player's hand", it would trigger, even if you could already see it.
