i imagine you could make a balanced format once we have with 75 of the cards and 75 filler cards.

I wish that there was an online client that would let us do a simulated group draft.
I don't think there's anything that'll let us draft, but all you'd need to do for sealed is whack everything into MSE, generate six boosters and distribute the contents via PM. A custom MWS/Cockatrice/That Other One set would also be required, but I can't imagine that being difficult.
CCGdecks.com or certain other sites will do this. Then you build on MWS or Cockatrice and battle.
Er, wait, I didn't read that fuly enough. Actual just playing with cards that have won? THAT would not be exciting.

The pool would take some tweaking, but there could probably maybe be a semi-decent format hiding in here somewhere. Maybe.
