Note: This could mean any mechanic designed for RUG. If you want to assign a mechanic to the Temur faction, though, I always thought Ferocious failed to create a meaningful mechanical identity for Temur.

Forestsguy (Skinshift)- This is a rather unusual ability. Temporary cloning on an odd trigger. This does refer to Ferocious effectively, and I think a temporary cloning effect would be really cool for RUG. Creatures with Skinshift should be shapeshifters, though, and I'm not so sure about the cost being a +1/+1 counter, or the trigger being when a ferocious creature ETBs.
Subject16 (Whispers)- This ability makes loads of sense. So much sense that it doesn't need to be limited to RUG. An artifact with the ability would be very logical, for example. It strikes me as one that starts out being in a faction, and later gets reprinted in other colors. This is pretty reasonable (and strictly better than scry 1 when it triggers).
Mirrislegend (Mind and body)- These are a strange pair. Obviously they work best together. I do enjoy the idea of paired mechanics that can exist together or separately. That's a new bit of design space to play in.
KarmaHoudini (Mysticism)- I like this ability. The main issue is that it struggles to find its greenness. The trampler is good, but it's still strange to see green on a purely instant/sorcery mechanic, even if it's a mechanic that only works on creatures. It would be difficult to add another type (like enchantment or land) to those mysticism cares about, since part of the point is that the spell triggers with every hit like Cipher. Nevertheless, the green seems out of place on a commando spells matter ability.
Graffd02 (Augury)- Super basic, but really good and really plausible. This is a commando ability for green. This may not be the most inspirational design, but I can't find a flaw. It's basic enough to be evergreen or deciduous, and indeed a case could be made for that: RUG don't really share any evergreen mechanics.
VolrathTheRisen (Dreamweave)- You'd have to have some pretty nice designs to convince me on a grouphug mechanic. Oh, damn, those are indeed some pretty neat designs. You've convinced me that there's more to this ability than grouphug, and you've managed to develop a bit more on what it means to be RUG with the whole dreamworld thing. I can totally see a dreamworld faction in RUG on some plane.
Winner: Volrath

Thanks for the win! Thanks also for the first challenge in a while which I’ve had a good enough feel for to submit a (non-troll) entry.
A couple of guidelines for this challenge:
1) Entries won’t be marked down for being white or black. I originally saw this as being a URG mechanic but I’m just interested what others will make of it.
2) Including multiple cards in your entry to help develop the idea is very welcome but not compulsory.
My idea is a sorcery that is good just for you, but gets even better when everyone casts a copy. But also comes with a downside as your opponents reap the benefits first...

Sorry for the self-indulgent challenge! Had kind of hoped people would find more uses for this.
graffd02 - The demon I really like, even though the Dreamwoven version seems REALLY strong as an early game play. Reads as something like "Pay 4 life: If your opponent has 3 or more cards in hand at the end of their next turn, they discard their hand". That's fierce on turn 2.
I'm not feeling the Musketeer as a white card mechanics-wise. It's either a cheaper off-color Archivist or it's two Howling Mines for the price of one. The idea is nice though! I wouldn't see very much wrong with this if it was in blue.
Mergatroid_Jones - If I was doing my usual scoring schtick, I was going to give a bonus half point to anyone who did literally that Legend as part of their submission! So grats. Had a lot of fun thinking of high-end spells which are crazy in an Ushra EDH.
Meanwhile... Gathering of Fae is way more clever than I realised on first reading. Would like even more if the tokens had flying, partly as air defense but mainly as a Scryb Sprites callback. Glass Storm is a CRUEL way to regulate whoever's winning a large multiplayer game if you Dreamweave it. Ushra's Joke is some interesting blue-on-blue meta but seems fine in its niche.
Mostly I like that you ran with the dreamland vibe really nicely. Props for that.
Subject16 - Spreading Nightmares is a straightforward good design. Love how it scales into (functionally) a near Wrath effect in multiplayer. That's both playable & appropriate.
Alternative Route is HORRIFYINGLY strong if you don't Dreamweave it. A Wheel Of Fortune for just me should cost way more. Passing Thought is straightforward but no less charming.
