Autopsy Fanatic3B
Creature - Thrull
Wither
Whenever a creature dealt damage by Autopsy Fanatic this turn dies, investigate. 1R: Autopsy Fanatic gains first strike & menace until end of turn.
3/2
Atlas Nova - Ruthless Tipster : This seems quite overcosted, a sacrifice outlet is great but a 3 cmc 1/1 is just so bad. Wouldnt have minded more beef or less cost (life or cmc, maybe evem gain life?).
Volrath the Risen - Autopsy Fanatic This card has so much depth, balance is fine, I love the 4 cmc and 2 skill cost. At 4 cmc you have already casted this so youre guaranteed to have at least for mana for 1 activation and 1 investigation.
Jam block - Cavern Expeditions. This is powerful indeed, its "dependent on other cards a lot" gets a deduction but not much because red wanna attacks anyways. It effectively costs 2r to draw a card + an attack, and i beleive red could get it at that mana cost.
cardz 5000 - Curse of Paranoia . This is certainly a nice curse. Although i feel weirded oit a bit, this taxes draws with 2 mana and black doesnt feel like the taxing type. It certainly fits black flavorfully though.
mirris legend - Cryptopotence. I see what you did there. Nice callbackbto necropotence. Im not an older player, and i do not know much about black summer, but this is probably worse than Greed or Erebos anyway in terms of power drawing.
subjwct 16 - Tuvu stonebreaker. So many moving parts, saccing, investigating, flipping then treasuring. This guy creates so many artifacts and is an improved and killable version of stuffe like aggressive mining and such. The treasures, which are effectively "savable" refunds on you clue cost seem tacked on, but adds a "wo so many artifacts" feel to it.
sephon 19, goblin analysis Insolent Neonate sorcery version. Useful as above and allows you to effevtively tormenting voice for 2r. Nice. Simple.
megatroimd jones - frantuc analyst powerful for getting hellbent or giving you shrapnel blast ammo immediately. But this kinda goes agains red philosophy of NOW, in my opinion. You trade the cards you have NOW, for cards you xan have later.
All are good, none are jarring.
I like the simplicity and effeciency of some entries, sometimes less is more
I also like some which go for absurd amounts of artifacts as a giveaway to MORE MORE MORE.
Some feel off color but a very solid round indeed.
Subject 16 wins this round.

Creatures can't attack and have "T: Add C."
IIW: Legendary cards with thirteen words of rules text or less. (Reminder text doesn't count as rules text. A symbol doesn't count as a word.)
VolrathTheRisen: I appreciate the use of a holiday that actually exists in the MTG lore, but Vanishing and Provoke wouldn't ever make an appearance on Ravnica I feel. However it does a lot for Goblins as a tribe and its nice to see Provoke make a comeback.
Jamblock: Ramp into lifegain makes for an interesting card for green decks, but aside from the card's name I don't feel the holiday vibe.
mirrislegend: Tying a holiday to the Mending and using the legendary theme on Dominaria to help cement it to the plane is a nice touch. In the right deck this becomes a terribly powerful draw spell however, so there may be balance checks to look over.
Mergatroid_Jones: These enchantments having a one turn survivability help give out the feel that it's an event and not something permanent. Day of Mourning is a fantastic piece of graveyard hate, but I'm not a big fan of Day of Silence as preventing attacks is definitely a white effect and not a green one.
