你好 have you eaten?
I'm a simple Magic player since 1 year ago from China. Now I live in New Jersey.
I'd like to waive my right to enter the challenge & vote for that guy?
But since that's impossible, here's my significantly less amazing entry...
Hypnagogic SpecterBB
Creature - Specter
Flying, Infect
Whenever Hypnagogic Specter deals damage to an opponent, put a -1/-1 counter on a creature you control.
2/2
Koraslesk, the Betrayer 3R
Legendary Creature - Zombie Shaman R
Infect
Instant and sorcery spells you control have infect.
2/2 "Urabrask has built his throne on Mirran weakness. It is time to rebuild it."
Raptorbone Angel4W
Creature - Angel (R)
Flying
Whenever Raptorbone Angel or another creature with flying you control attacks, it gets +1/+0 and gains infect until end of turn.
Whenever a creature with infect you control attacks, it gets +1/+0 and gains flying until end of turn.
2/6
Mephitic MorayU
Creature – Fish R
Infect
Whenever Mephitic Moray deals combat damage or becomes the target of a spell or ability, exile it. Only ever seen once. That's enough.
2/1
Glistening Monstrosity
2BB
Creature - Ooze Horror
Infect
Glistening Monstrosity gets +1/+1 for each counter on each creature and each counter on each player.
0/0
Blightsteel Masticore4
Artifact Creature — Masticore {MR}
Infect, indestructible
At the beginning of your upkeep, Blightsteel Masticore deals 1 damage to you, then sacrifice it unless you discard a card.
Reveal the first card you draw each turn. Whenever you reveal an artifact in this way, Blightsteel Masticore deals damage equal to the revealed card’s converted mana cost to target creature.
4/4
Well, that's been a lot more entries than I thought we would get. I never picture infect as an especially good mechanic because of the groans it gets from some people, but it does offer a lot of design space and it is very popular so that's something I overlook sometimes. There are a lot of solid entries and I feel like a lot of them appealed to me for different reasons. Lots of kudos to everyone for entering!
Phyrexia is definitely the place for the Eye creature type to make a comeback, and this guy can be very oppressive in the later game if left unanswered. However, it's a symmetrical effect, so it can be a hindrance for you in a scenario where both players run infect. A 1/5 flying body is very tricky for Aggro players to deal with and the reduction of hand size make it an annoying card against control and midrange decks. Limited bomb for sure, and I like the design a lot.
Holy mother of flavour, this guy is very powerful. At 6 mana a 3/3 infect wouldn't be dangerous, but then it essentially triples itself on death making this guy very difficult to block, especially as you slowly wear down opposing blockers with infect. In a limited format this card is an all star and it wholly performs for token based infect decks, but unless there's a lack of good control or a strong presence of sacrifice outlets I don't know if this is amazingly playable in a constructed deck. However the flavor of the card is fantastic (I had to look up the word paracletes and it fully fits the Loxodon and phyrexian feel of faith.)
Very interesting card as it doesn't have power, and I always appreciate build-around uncommons. With Mirrodin/New Phyrexia being a plane with equipments aplenty, and with Plague Stinger having seen play, a colorless variant that needs more support I think offers a lot to work around with. The flavour is very interesting as well, and helps cement the 0 power design of the card.
For 2 mana this card has a lot to offer. It's evasive and can be a threat in the early game, but on the other hand the drawback of placing a -1/-1 counter on your own creatures means either it gets weaker over time, or you need other creatures you need to offer up for the sake of aggressivity. This cards lacks rarity and I believe I would place it as a high power uncommon, and I think this card's power level would be more easily determined when we get a glimpse of other cards that might be in the set, making this a build-around card too. Well done!
I was expecting a "spells have infect" card, and it's a powerful effect that's difficult to balance, and I think you've done a fair job at this on all acounts except perhaps color. Of course red is the color that benefits the most from this card, but when you see Soulfire Grand Master and Pestilent Spirit you see that they both push the ability out of that color, meaning you have to set yourself into a particular set of colors to use this card, I would probably have made this card a Rakdos or perhaps Mardu legendary to avoid being slotted into Atraxa decks. However, I think a 4 mana 2/2 is a good place for this card to be, and the Legendary typing offers another alternative to Infect EDHs other than Atraxa, and I like that a lot.
It's a nice, elegant design for an infect bear (kinda sad that it's a beast and not a bear but that's not that big a deal). However I feel that there could have been a bit more of a push for this card, especially as an uncommon, with a lot of similar "small green creatures with a pump ability" being at common, and I get that they don't have infect but I still think there should be more. At a common this would be a fantastic card, and it still is for a limited format as it can win games by itself in only two turns, and in a format where other creatures with infect didn't exist it would be way stronger. It's a very nice card though, it just doesn't stand out to me as much.
Evasion for infect tribal and a finisher for flying tribal, and a huge power creep if they have both? Very solid design. A 2/6 flying body is very beefy, especially if it attacks as well, but I do like the design a lot. Five mana seems like a good point for a card that can end games when played at the right time, it's a card I would play in a few decks of mine despite not being an infect player, and that's because it doesn't just support itself which I think expands its playability a whole lot more.
It's an interesting card, almost similar to a blue Shock but with infect. It's exile/disappearance ability is a signature of Illusions however, and I feel like that's a creature type it should have though. No complaints otherwise.
This card lacks rarity but I would put this at uncommon. It's a strong combat trick for a limited game, and granting infect on attacks is more complicated than you might think as it's still a frail bodied card and so the likelihood of it surviving to attack a second/third time is unlikely, whether it grants itself infect or not. I really like this card as with void_nothing's as I feel I could fit it in decks that aren't solely focused on infect.
Very strong card in an infect deck as this guy becomes a killer very very quickly. It also becomes a beast in the mirror match as it counts the counters on your own creatures and on yourself. The interesting thing here of course is that it can't ever die from having -1/-1 counters on itself which is interesting and perhaps a bit too strong. Very cool design overall!
Blightseel returns on a very nasty creature, and yet in a format with infect a 4/4 body isn't actually too threatening. He puts you on a clock but puts your opponent on a much faster clock, especially in an artifact-based deck where it can remove blockers very consistently I think. I don't know how I feel about this card having to target itself if it's the only legal target, but its not a likely scenario to happen so I doubt that'll ever come up.
Honorable Mentions go to JaceTheBodySculptor, Karmahoudini and Kwanyeegor, but you all came up with really strong designs so congratulations to you all!
I ended up giving the victory to void_nothing for Raptorbone angel, as it also presents a card that gives flying-tribal a much needed finisher card.
Mistmoth FamiliarG
Creature- Insect (U)
Flying T: Untap another target creature with an activated ability.

5/5
Gorlask, the Moving HiveWUBRG
Legendary Creature - Sliver (Mythic Rare)
Whenever Gorlask, the Moving Hive attacks, exile target creature with a Hive counter on it until Gorlask leaves the battlefield.
Each Sliver you control has all activated abilities of all other creatures in exile with Hive counters on them. Each Sliver may only activate each of these abilities once each turn. A living, shifting prison that learns from its captives.

2/1
Pridemage Nurturer1GW
Creature - Cat Wizard
Whenever an activated ability from a creature you control resolves, if that creature has no +1/+1 counters then put a +1/+1 counter on that creature and on Pridemage Nurturer.
Each creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it has vigilance.
2/2 Most wizards treat apprentices as students to be assessed. To the Qasali, they are family to be celebrated.
IIW: A new evergreen mechanic which radically changes the game
Mergatroid_Jones - Perfectly functional but really, really obvious and lazy for a challenge like this. Also disappoint that there's no Magewright's Stone reference.
Sephon19 - Splashy and cool but way too easy to go infinite with; at least there are not that many 0 activated abilities or similar for Crackdown Construct - this is degenerate with, of all things, Firebreathing, as well as every ability that costs R or 1 or a red hybrid cost...
Subject16 - This isn't quite what I meant by activated ability tribal, and while this is new territory for Sliver legends, I'm not sure new territory is what I even want from those; Sliver Hivelord even not being 7/7 was a bit much for me. Also, the very concept of Slivers having personal names is something of a flavor failure even if they were given those names by outside observers.
Forestsguy - This is what I like to see: Lenticularity! Of course this is a perfectly adequate finisher if you're just turning duders sideways, but using guys with mana abilities to ramp this out and then turning those same guys into an army, possibly that same turn with To Arms! or something, is a cleverer play to achieve the same thing. Also into the flavor. I'd just tweak the numbers here, maybe?
AtlasNova - Thousand-Year Elixir is something I love, and the "without paying its activation cost" bit is cool, but at the same time, it's asking for degeneracy. Ultimate a creature-ized Gideon?
JamBlock - There's that reference! This is very build-around and I think it's properly costed, although I'm concerned it's really a card that's meant for taking the fun of activated abilities and turning that into an unfun Paradox Engine misadventure. That's very environment-dependent, though.
KarmaHoudini - Flash and not haste on a design like this is super strange - what are you flashing it out for, then? Another "obvious" design and another potentially concerning one, although I'm glad you have to pay full activation costs in the first place with this one.
VolrathTheRisen - This feels like Alara and like a card I'd be happy to build around, yet also oddly like Ashling, the Pilgrim's vertical cycle from Lorwyn. The flavor's also off considering Qasali Pridemage has an activated ability that sacrifices it (meaning it won't get to enjoy that sweet sweet +1/+1 counter).
