Well this round was a bust. I'm not sure if my challenge was bad or if the regular Flamingo people are all at Coachella, but we ought to move on.
Cardz5000 wins, though it's close. I like how white and pillowy the art is. Something about the symmetry of...whatever you call that stuff...air glyph?...plus the hand gesture makes it look like some kind of protection spell. The card itself is a novel take on a regular trope of white removal, so that's nice.
Cheetos' Sharpening Knowledge - The one thing that I didn't like about this card was its mana cost. 4 CMC feels like too much when we have Military Intellgence at 2 mana. And this card doesn't even draw cards, it just scries. I'd like to see this at around 2 CMC. It pains me to find a flaw in the cost of this card because the use of art is more daring than the other submission, and the effect is more interesting to build around as it adds scry to all your draws which can provide some serious digging for a combo deck on a single turn.
next: Wild West Mechanics (If you can't stand guns in your MTG, just make wand slinging pyromancers)
That's fair, I do tend to cost my things a little conservatively, but I was more going for effects like Coastal Piracy. Maybe a cost of 2U or even UU would be good for this kind of effect.

Rustle is similar to battle cry, but meant to mimic how a gang of cattle rustlers will distract and divert attention to make their own forces hit harder. It would be spread mostly throughout the Jund colors usually, though it would be rarer in green. If there's an unblockable creature in this set, you could load up rustle triggers on it to get through a lot of damage. As for talking about Angrath himself, I'm giving him similar abilities to his Ixalan version, while also incorporating the wild west set's keyword. It makes sense that he'd live on a wild west plane, so if we ever visit one, he'd be the resident walker. Perhaps rustle 2 is a little strong for a +1, but the numbers can be shifted around a little. This is design, not development, after all.

Targeted battle cry seems like a fine mechanic. Angrath's +1 honestly seems on the weak side to me for a 5 mana walker, you probably could have gone with a Gideon, Martial Paragon or Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon like ability and granted all your creatures rustle 1. I love that you found a cool place that already is in lore that might work for this kind of setting. (side note, adding an additional line break between your cards and explanations makes them much easier to read)

I'm not sure why you're so worried about specifically humans not being assaulted, considering that humans are shown to die all the time in magic but *shrug* whatever... Wanted seems like a really fun mechanic that can be a double edged sword, and seems even more interesting in a multipleyer environment! This might be a really cool idea for a next iteration of conspiracy or the like.

Pillage should just create tapped treasure tokens, I don't see much of a point in making a new token type here (treasure tokens were used in ixalan instead of gold tokens because gold tokens would have been degenerate alongside improvise) additionally, reminder text for a keyword that doesn't immediately follow the keyword usually calls out what the reminder text is for (see Judge Unworthy) Pillage feels really weird, because the act of pillaging itself doesn't take or destroy anything your opponent has, you just get something, so it's weird that it's phrased as though you are dong something to the opponent. The other problem with punisher mechanics is that Set the Charge will almost always be 1R get a tapped Lotus Petal.

Alluring Respite is crazy! like... I'm pretty sure this would be banned immediately in modern, and maybe even older formats just because of the presence of delve and dredge.
Showdown as a whole seems really interesting, but would really need to clarify if the copy is put on as the spell is cast, as it resolves, and if the copy resolves before or after the original.

Your formatting for ambush is a bit off. You have it somewhere between an ability word and a keyword with an associated cost (Like Morph, Cycling, or Echo). I would probably word this similar to the traps from zendikar:
"Ambush - If ____, you may pay (Cost) rather than pay this spell's mana cost and cast it as though it had flash."
and then format cards like Hidden Sharpshooter like:
"When Hidden Sharpshooter enters the battlefield, if it’s not your main phase, you may have it deal 3 damage to target blocking creature."
(i'm honestly unsure if there would be a way to make Ambush Fighter work) (also Sandguins sound amazing!)

This does not feel white at all, flavor reasons? This is very very monogreen. One of the more powerful cards i uave had to judge.

I could really see this card as a uncommon that would be printed by wizards. Really solid card. But i feel this card did not utilize flash very well, and im afraid it cant win because it has flash but its not a primary flash card, its a sapro tribal card that just happened to sometimes have flash.

Till the Gravefields- I feel like this is a little underwhelming; you're paying 2 mana at sorcery speed for a creature that can't really affect the board unless you already have other tokens, it's useless to a boardwipe as well. Maybe if it was a bit bigger, like a 1/1 deathtouch, or if it was an instant for flash blocking with populate, I could see it, but it's not my favorite as is.
Possess the Dead- This feels fun. It consumes your graveyard to give you recurring power, and seems like a powerful build around. If you could land multiples it would be pretty insane.
Dear lord, this is math. Having 3 variables on something (X,Y,Y-1) that duplicates itself, and the duplicates don't necessarily follow the same math, is much too complicated. I kinda wanna put this on a board with a Winding Constrictor, but I don't want my upkeep and end step to be 15 minutes for no reason.
This can kill you very fast, but if it doesn't you can do a whole lot with it. I feel like it would've been cool flavorfully to be like "Other lands you control are nonlegendary copies of Daragor, the Infinite Bog". Just to emphasize how infinite this bog is. Amulet of Vigor notwithstanding, this feels like a cool card to deckbuild with, and one that I would end up killing myself with many times.

Cardz5000 wins, though it's close. I like how white and pillowy the art is. Something about the symmetry of...whatever you call that stuff...air glyph?...plus the hand gesture makes it look like some kind of protection spell. The card itself is a novel take on a regular trope of white removal, so that's nice.
Cheetos' Sharpening Knowledge - The one thing that I didn't like about this card was its mana cost. 4 CMC feels like too much when we have Military Intellgence at 2 mana. And this card doesn't even draw cards, it just scries. I'd like to see this at around 2 CMC. It pains me to find a flaw in the cost of this card because the use of art is more daring than the other submission, and the effect is more interesting to build around as it adds scry to all your draws which can provide some serious digging for a combo deck on a single turn.

Rustle is similar to battle cry, but meant to mimic how a gang of cattle rustlers will distract and divert attention to make their own forces hit harder. It would be spread mostly throughout the Jund colors usually, though it would be rarer in green. If there's an unblockable creature in this set, you could load up rustle triggers on it to get through a lot of damage. As for talking about Angrath himself, I'm giving him similar abilities to his Ixalan version, while also incorporating the wild west set's keyword. It makes sense that he'd live on a wild west plane, so if we ever visit one, he'd be the resident walker. Perhaps rustle 2 is a little strong for a +1, but the numbers can be shifted around a little. This is design, not development, after all.

Targeted battle cry seems like a fine mechanic. Angrath's +1 honestly seems on the weak side to me for a 5 mana walker, you probably could have gone with a Gideon, Martial Paragon or Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon like ability and granted all your creatures rustle 1. I love that you found a cool place that already is in lore that might work for this kind of setting. (side note, adding an additional line break between your cards and explanations makes them much easier to read)
Showdown as a whole seems really interesting, but would really need to clarify if the copy is put on as the spell is cast, as it resolves, and if the copy resolves before or after the original.
"Ambush - If ____, you may pay (Cost) rather than pay this spell's mana cost and cast it as though it had flash."
and then format cards like Hidden Sharpshooter like:

Cardz500 put this Garruk's Packleader effect or Vizier effect and added flash. This enchantment is like a better flash version of permanent Domri Rade. But hey, Phyrexian Arena and Ob relations.
This does not feel white at all, flavor reasons? This is very very monogreen. One of the more powerful cards i uave had to judge.
I dont see any reason why it should have 0 Toughness. Why not get it at 1/1?. Flashing, First Striking Scourgedevil+. I like how it can take down 4toughness at 2/1 P/T.
What would probably be more awesome if it was a 0/0, but it counts an opponent I/S as well. That would be awesome. Like another blue blasting reddy card.
Yet another Snapmagey, mono black style. This guy reanimates well, but flash kinda nonbos with haste. This would encourage jank like snapgraving gray merchants, BB sets up perfectly for Gary's two power.
I could really see this card as a uncommon that would be printed by wizards. Really solid card. But i feel this card did not utilize flash very well, and im afraid it cant win because it has flash but its not a primary flash card, its a sapro tribal card that just happened to sometimes have flash.
Again I get torn with flash and haste. Haste wants to be cast on your turn, flash wants to be cast at the opponents turn, or at least during attack where it wont be "tapped and attacking"
