"You live and learn. At any rate, you live." -Douglas Adams
ManyCookies- Inventor's Kit: A literal take on a toolbox. This is a powerful effect, and can take over a game, but does nothing by itself, or when you cast it, so I think the balance works. It's kind of like a colorless Glorious Anthem, which I like.
Am Shegar- Ancestral Alchemy: Wha-wow. This card is strange and interesting, and I'm sure it can be broken given the right combination of cards, although I don't know what that is. This card is super cool, but I don't think it would ever be used for anything honest. As a fair card, I love this, but it has a "broken or jank" feel about it.
PanchoPonceN- Soul Piece: That's quite an Ivy Elemental. I really like that casting this at every value for X can be a good idea. I'm concerned that the Green Sun's Zenith ability is too much, but I think it would be acceptable without the trample. It's at the brink of being too good anyway. I also think it shouldn't be legendary, as it would almost certainly require banning in EDH. It would make a deck terrifyingly consistent.
Flatline- Dumpster Diver: A Treasure Hunter variant. This is an innocuous card, and feels much more printable than most cards on this thread. This card may seem a wee bit boring, but Myr Retriever and friends beg to differ, and this promises to find some decent combos. This card is as solid as it gets, but it does lack a certain pizazz.
BluesEclipse- Rapid Response: This is your basic toolbox, and it works. I'm sure you have something specific in mind with the "if you don't, put it into your graveyard", but I don't know what that is. Wouldn't the card just go to the graveyard anyway? The most interesting thing this does is let you cast a sorcery at instant speed, which is cool.
Phyrexian Editor- Into the Blind: I suppose the wording you're looking for is "place those cards outside the game". This is still ambiguous, as it doesn't tell you which cards you're exiling. Are they from the top of the library, or do you look at them? The shuffle clause suggests you search your library and choose cards to exile RFG, so it should be worded thusly, or at least give reminder text. Also, at two colorless mana you can exile your whole deck (or all but your two combo cards), and that can easily be accomplished on turn one. I'm not sure that's copacetic. For all these issues, it can't possibly win, but it's a cool card, and I love the flavor text.
I think I'll give it to ManyCookies.
Next: Bears (Either type)
The 'If you don't, put it into your graveyard' clause is because I needed to specify what to do with the card you search for if you don't cast it - I think it would just get shuffled back into the library otherwise? And yeah, the built-in Quicken effect was intended.
Ursine Embodiment1G
Enchantment - Aura (U)
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature is a 2/2 green Bear creature and loses all abilities. "You have the right to bear arms... and bear legs, and bear teeth..."
IIW: A legendary creature with CMC=0, and with a color identity consisting of one or more colors.
PanchoPonceN - Awww. void_nothing - Oh god an indestructible/deathtouch should not be at uncommon, let alone with flash. Hell I'd spend the straight up 5 mana for this and be pretty happy. Blue_eclipse - Unbearable flavor text. That aside, I don't think green gets negative polymorph effects. Mergatroid_Jones - Hybrid mana is not multicolored! You would not give a GG bear flying. Also do DnD owlbears fly. Jam_Block - Nice top-down. First ability could probably just be a tap, second ability should probably be sorcery speed at common.
Let's give it to JamBlock, I liked Pancho's card too.

Knife Fight2RW
Sorcery (U)
Create a colorless Knife artifact equipment token with "Equipped creature gets +2/+1." and "Equip 2" attached to target creature you control. That creature deals damage equal to its power to another target creature. Never bring a knife to a Gruul fight, unless you intend on giving the Gruul knives.
Jam Attack: Oh man, I took a full minute trying to figure out how this was related to urban warfare before realizing it was meant for the previous challenge. I like it, though.
Eustace Street Barricade: I guess this is supposed to represent throwing trash at the cops? (Is this a reference to something during the Troubles in Ireland?) There's a good idea here, but I'm not sure I get the flavor of it getting stronger with artifacts on the battlefield but pinging by exiling from the graveyard.
Street Fight: Punilicious and very strong! I'm not sure "target land becomes a 3/3" for 1RR is in color pie, but I like this card a lot.
Knife Fight: This is great. Really captures the flavor of pulling out a knife and going for someone. I'm not sure it counts as "warfare" but I like it.
Surveillance Drone: This is flavorful but probably not very fun.
Winner: It was a tossup between Knife Fight and Street Fight, but I'll give it to BluesEclipse. HM to seismic lawns.
