Triton Star Chart4
Artifact (U) 4, T, Sacrifice Triton Star Chart: Creatures you control can't be blocked this turn and gain "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to an opponent, you may draw a card" until end of turn.
KH- Splice onto Arcane is one of the worst mechanics ever introduced, both insular and parasitic. Konda has way too much going on, and its ability should only reference +1/+1 counters.
AS- Why not just have it give you hexproof? All it's really protecting you from are red spells, which have no way to deal with enchantments, so for four mana I'd rather invest in Leyline of Sanctity.
I-T- That last ability is clunky, and you could probably get away with a Soulbond type ability instead of Aura tokens, which are awkward. Interesting concept, though.
Fg- This would have the same problem miracle did: your opponent would see you checking the card you draw before putting it into your hand, thus giving them a heads up that you're looking for a miracle or sukuchi card. There seems to be some decent design space with it, but it would need tweaking.
Ct- Oh my. A better (?) Slate of Ancestry. Making all your creatures unblockable on turn 5 would be pretty busted in almost any deck. Throw insane card advantage on top and methinks this is broken.
Just as a note, I updated the mechanic to be 'splice onto X', making it much less parasitic and insular.
Anyways:
Tricksey Boggart R
Creature - Goblin
Haste
When Tricksey Boggart, attacks, put a 1/1 Red Illusion Creature token with Haste named "Distraction" onto the battlefield tapped and attacking.
Tricksey Boggart can not be blocked unless all creature tokens named Distraction are also blocked.
1/1
Redkid 143 wins with voracious gorger.
The subtleness of this card is protect and block early to preserve hp or take a powerful eidolon of revels effect if one has been taking hits too leisurely. If aimed at limited the power is about right, if it needs to aim for constructed maybe a keyword or a point of power (or both) will be enought to push it to rare status.
Karmahoudini's illsuion goblin was real powerful bringing in 2 power spread across two bodies with pseudoevasion. It also could generate tokens permanently. I think its really pushed when compared to goblin guide. A good effect no doubt but not at 1 mana. Also no IIW

Eldrazi Mindlurker1UBR
Creature - Eldrazi (M)
Devoid
Flash
Menace
Whenever a player searches his or library, Eldrazi Mindlurker deals 3 damage to that player.
Whenever Eldrazi Mindlurker deals 3 or more damage to a player, that player discards a card.

Premature StrikeRR
Instant (R)
You may cast Premature Strike only if an Island entered an opponent's battlefield this turn.
Blue spells can't be cast this turn. Any player with an empty mana pool may return an Island he or she controls to its owner's hand to ignore this effect until the end of turn. If a player does so, Premature Strike deals 3 damage to each player. "Yeah, I don't get what you just did, but it might have worked. Are you alive?" - Captain Sisay, to Squee.
Moment of Indecision UU
Enchantment
Flash
When Moment of Panic enters the battlefield, target spell's controller may have Moment of Indecision counter it. If they do, sacrifice Moment of Indecision.
At the beginning of your upkeep, target player puts the top 3 cards of their library into their graveyard. "Either way you choose, the decision will haunt you"
I mean, we have entries, so someone could theoretically judge them.

Not snarky remark, a fun fun card idea. I apologize if i came off as snarky, but i really do like making whacky cards. Who wouldnt love a flaming flamingo? Also I was the judge of the last time already and I feel i cannot judge twice in a row.

Well, nobody else is doing it, so I'll try to see if I can breathe life into this thread.
MMPlainview: Premature Strike doesn't really feel like anxiety to me. It's also weird and clunky, even for a hate card.
KarmaHoudini: Absolutely brilliant, the best card ever designed by anybody ever. However, since it was designed by me, I'll have to admit that I'm biased and disqualify myself.
Forestsguy: I'm knocking points because I feel that the clause should have been white or red (Since white and red make pink, the colour of flamingos. Get it? No? I really need more sleep). But joking aside, I really like the card, but unfortunately no IIW.
NEXT: A CARD FROM A BIG-CHAOS Plane. Note: I will judge if this isn't judged by the weekend.
Rupture of Shards4RR
Sorcery (R)
For each nonland permanent, that permanent's controller chooses three colors. Those permanents becomes the chosen colors until end of turn. Then, choose a color at random. For each permanent of that color, its controller sacrifices that permanent and draws a card. Alara erupted, and so much was suddenly lost.

Creature — Elemental Dragon (R)

Necarg: No IIW. It's pretty chaotic, but I could see there being some memory issues with what 3 colours are named. I think a cleaner implementation would have been 'each player divides his or her permanents into 5 piles, then destroys 3 of those piles at random (piles can have zero cards in them)'. I also feel that an effect like this should probably cost 7, and maybe with triple red.
Willows: Needs a location clause for where the cards are being put into the graveyard from (Anywhere? The battlefield? The hand?), and even if it is from anywhere the power level seems fair. It's an interesting use of chaos that gets more predictable the more you feed it. Also, you have an IIW, so congrats.
The mechanical schtick of Equilor seems to be 'things proceeding at an improper pace' so
Eon Prophet2CU
Creature — Illusion Wizard (R)

Ink-Treader: This is an interesting side-grade from Giant Growth. I'm not sure I like Transience in its exact current incarnation (would be better as Transient, not sure about sacrifice timing) but it's thought-provoking.
