I actually judged when I said it but then I did other things instead.
AmShegar: Neato tension! This could probably be uncommon and nobody would care. See: Struggle for Sanity. The wording could probably be cleaned up, too. void_nothing: Giving durdle boosts based on huge gamebreaking fats is a little disheartening, but newbies will eat this up. AsianInvasion: Scales weirdly, ugly costs, draws so many cards. This wants to be a Brightflame style junk rare and you really should have just let it. spacejams: Two mana land destruction? No thanks. Should probably use some type of counter to mark the change. Luusydh: You need to sacrifice a lot for this to be worthwhile. Firecat Blitz sort of beat you to it. Raticate: Why is this blue? Charge counter lord is kind of neat, but I dislike this execution. It should be a little better on the defensive, considering durdling is what charge counters do best. arbitraryarmor: Madness zero is just asking for trouble. I don't think madness is very much of a Tibalt mechanic other than that it works with his card. He isn't crazy, just cruel. mirrorentity: Flavourfully rich but mechanically lacking. I mean, it's just a flicker. Ink-Treader: You're right, this is a terrible idea. The concept is neat, but the card itself is absolutely crippling. Lapson2: This does exactly one neat thing but is covered in words that have nothing to do with it. Why? pstmdrn: Entwine please. Hexproof, +1/+1, and regeneration will often be mechanically similar. Props for choosing a planeswalker that everybody hates. Cythare: Good job with the esoteric planeswalker choice. These two abilities work together in awfully clunky ways and you should really just simplify it all down. Also it actually never dies. You do know that, right? swishh: Too cute for school. Slowpoke: I laughed. Forcing attacks is a lame design decision when you stick it to a four mana overrun. I can't imagine not wanting to attack after playing this. willows: I suppose that's a thing. Tibalt = Discard is a little upsetting, though. Sagharri: Yeah sure I guess. I'm not enthused. Small Adult: The obligatory expensive tutor. This is actually pretty interesting, and with the right stack could probably end up being fairly impactful.
Winner: AmShegar, who is the new k-rad apparently?

Land (U) T: Add 3 to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to cast artifact spells. Whenever you spend this mana to cast an artifact spell, the permanent that spell becomes gains "At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this." His prices are insane—and so are you if you think his products are actually built to last.
IIW: Choose two—Fun with math; or entwine with more than two choices; or excessively annoying cards to hand off to the design team (Mana costs with mixed hybrid, cards of colors that don't match their mana costs, and cards that start subgames of other games are examples of this.)
[THIS RESPONSE CENSORED DUE TO BEING INAPPROPRIATE FOR A MODERATOR TO SAY]
Mostly it's because I can't think of an IIW I actually want to judge right now, so I'm giving one that gives me a legitimate excuse for putting exactly zero effort into the judgings.
