Creation Coil7
Artifact (MR)
Rather than pay the mana cost for a spell, its controller may discard a card that shares a color with that spell. 1UU: Gain control of target spell. Niv-Mizzet seeks the loom on which Ravnica was woven...
Colorless Dream Halls that allows its controller to steal spells; its mana costs remind me of Memnarch. The card itself is reasonable, but the flavor text is extremely bland. What is he going to do with it once it gets it?

Otherworldly Codex6 Artifact (R)
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell put a study counter on Otherworldy Codex, then draw a card for each study counter on Otheworldly Codex.
IIW: Pooping back and forth forever
Sphinx-Bone Wand meets Surrakar Spellblade. The immediate payoff on this card is significantly higher than on the RoE artifact, but suffers from diminishing returns in comparison. I like this card a lot, though it rather lacks the oomph I was looking for.
Nephil Sigil8
Legendary Artifact (M) 3, :symtap:, Sacrifice a nontoken creature: You may choose a multicolored creature you own from outside the game, reveal it, and put it onto the battlefield. "If I cannot find a way to get myself to other worlds, perhaps this ancient relic can bring them to me instead."
-Niv-Mizzet
Awesome card! I would love to open this in RGD 2.0 Sealed. My only complaints are that I suspect this should exile the creature (for flavor reasons) and that the average (non-Ravnica) set has relatively few multicolored creatures (also flavor reasons). Otherwise, good job.

Gate to Infinity5

Spells cost X less to play, where X is the number of spells in play.
Players may play spells as though they had flash. The will has the key to the door of possibilities.
IIW: Play with the stack
I'm guessing you meant "spells on the stack." This card leads to awkward tension in terms of "playing chicken" and doesn't seem like the kind of thing that should ever be encouraged. Also, the flavor text is rather vague for such a story-specific card.
Chronomachination6 [M]
Legendary Artifact
Whenever a creature attacks you, its controller flips a coin. If they lose the flip, exile that creature. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control during the beginning of the next end step. War would have been declared on the Izzet and their maze if the soldiers weren't so busy blinking in and out of time.
IIW: A keyrune, charm, or guildmage for gatecrash.
50% of attacking creatures get lost in the Maze. Ordinarily this kind of effect isn't worth being a mythic rare, but I'm willing to cut you some slack because it's a cute reference (intentional or not). As a design, it's lackluster. It slows the game way down but doesn't advance your own win condition. Lastly, how does one declare war on a maze? Is it a sentient being?

Legendary Land (M) T: Choose a tapped permanent an opponent controls. Add one mana from any of that permanent's colors to your mana pool. 2, T: Until your next turn, permanents your opponents control enter the battlefield tapped.
IIW: White Mythic that has one target
Exotic Orchard is much better at producing mana, and the second ability is rather expensive compared to Frozen Æther, which sticks around. On the flip side, if it were any cheaper, it would be extremely unfun to play against; a sure sign of a problematic card. The two abilities have synergy, but that is a lot of work to generate one mana (and then be unable to freeze the next turn's worth of permanents). Overall, a clunky land that doesn't make sense as a mythic rare.

IIW: A noncreature permanent that can become or make a single creature.
Fantastic concept, though it's all but uncastable in the typical RGD Limited deck, which seems less than desirable for such a high-profile card. I'm also not sure why the Izzet would be searching for something that seems like it should stay buried forever and ever (unless they were gravely mistaken/misled or have a Cold War-style mentality with regards to their attitude toward other guilds). I think this would be a cool card for Gatecrash, but not the marquee card for Dragon's Maze. I gave you the second bonus point based on the "nuclear weapon" vibe I got from this thing.

Worldstone 5 Artifact
Players may cast nonland cards from your hand without paying their mana costs.

Lotuscarved Portal6
Artifact (M) ,T: Search your library for a permanent card. If that card shares a color with the mana spent to activate this ability, put that card onto the battlefield. Otherwise, put it into your hand. Spend only mana of one color this way.
IIW: Landblast (forestblast, islandblast, etc.). You determine what it does.
Neat! One thing I find odd about this is that it can only be activated with mana of one color, but it can easily fetch multicolored permanent cards. Another issue is that I don't see why the "otherwise" clause is necessary given the significant hoop its user has to jump through simply to use it; just simplify the card and force the permanent to share a color. Lastly, the name irks me and should probably be "Lotus-Carved Portal." ("WTF does 'lotu scarved' mean?")

Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, put two +1/+1 counters on that creature. If that creature was an Ooze, you may draw X cards and lose X life, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on that creature.
IIW: Big fat fatties
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
Ana Stormbringer 1GG
Creature - Human Wizard (R)
Multikicker (B/U)
Ana Stormbringer enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter for each time it was kicked.
When Ana Stormbringer enters the battlefield, if it was kicked an odd number of times, target player puts the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard for each time it was kicked. Otherwise, return X cards from your graveyard to your hand, where X is half the number of times it was kicked, rounded down.

IIW: Rumble X (Whenever a creature blocks this creature, this creature gets +X/+X until end of turn.)
