Yes, that's how this game works. You choose one card from previous poster and then post two or more cards with following rarity.
You're welcome, we always need new players.
Welcome, Phyrexian Editor. Posting extra cards balances the game by letting the other players always choose the better design. We've all been guilty of making overpowered cards, cards that were in the wrong rarity, and cards that just don't need to exist. I like to think the unchosen cards make it elsewhere in the set, though.

Tink is a tiny world full of tiny people. It is also a special set built for a tiny draft: rather than the classic 15 card packs with 40 card decks, packs of Tink contain 9 cards, and a 30 card deck is built from 3 packs (alternately, 5 packs can be drafted for a normal sized pool). Packs contain 6 commons, 2 uncommons, and 1 rare or mythic. Since the world is so small, big changes can happen easily. A lesser Planeswalker named Tibalt has found that on this tiny world, his power is god-like. He has moved in, much to the dismay of the locals.

About Events.
First: tokens are supposed to be permanents/emblems/counters, but not spells, rigt? Second: it it's a spell or effect, why should it be the token? All effects are printed on cards as well (and this effect SHOULD be printed on card that produces this token, because tokens as cards are not nesessary, they can't be drafted and can't be put into deck).
So, we have an option here: all those tokens are something that represents keyworded abilities (like Investigate, Populate, Outlast, etc) and tokens are only exist to make them more flavorful. But what about Event subtype? There is another option: we can have cards with abilities to trigger by Events (whenever you Investigate, for example, or whenever an Event happens)... Well, enough talk, I'll try to show.

About Events.
First: tokens are supposed to be permanents/emblems/counters, but not spells, rigt? Second: it it's a spell or effect, why should it be the token? All effects are printed on cards as well (and this effect SHOULD be printed on card that produces this token, because tokens as cards are not nesessary, they can't be drafted and can't be put into deck).
So, we have an option here: all those tokens are something that represents keyworded abilities (like Investigate, Populate, Outlast, etc) and tokens are only exist to make them more flavorful. But what about Event subtype? There is another option: we can have cards with abilities to trigger by Events (whenever you Investigate, for example, or whenever an Event happens)... Well, enough talk, I'll try to show.
