Sornon, unbeknownst to its inhabitants, is bait. Created by Karn under the name Plumbum as a contingency plan against any interplanar threats, the world is essentially a bomb laced with the sorts of things that would make it irresistible to an invading force, enough to divert it from a "real" plane. But despite Karn's best efforts, Sornon now has many peoples living on it - a world hanging by a thread.

Well, that's only one suggestion... and a reference to an outside property, and also probably much longer than the set descriptions should be... I'll try to come up with two real options.
Khrong is a plane with no wood and no metal, and consequently little in the way of conventional "civilzation." Its primitive inhabitants, beset by war, disease, and ignorance, seem to two planeswalkers to be ripe for their illuminating touch: The Mercadian Dryad, Udea, and the Kaladeshi metalshaper, Saheeli.
Life on Furo has taken a turn for the worst for its non-insectoid denizens. Not only are the attempts of the exterminator squads faltering, the Hellswarm, a seething mass of the nastiest variants of all of Furo's bugs, is coalescing at the plane's geographic center and creeping outwards at a seemingly unending rate.
It takes time to realize how to make a world with no wood but with Forests.
But for Furo second set, I am genuinely excited to make some new mechanics.
