On Excotar, there are no rules, laws or decrees. Factions and races constantly fight for territory and there lacks a central leadership. Anarchy is common, but often comes at a great price for the Surrakar, Amphin, Visashino and Humans that inhabit the plane, for the the plane borders on and stretches partly into the Blind Eternity. Can the races find peace or unify in the face of the threats posed by the Blind Eternity, including the Eldrazi and other horrific beings? Only time will tell.
Note: The wording is probably vague for the description of Excotar. Essentially I'm hoping that the Eldrazi and other beings from the Blind Eternity (whatever they may be) will take advntage of the lawlessness on Excotar.

Thantrax has been liberated from his chains and the plane of Glem Arkadia has been invaded by the ominous creatures that lived in the Chaos, the parallel realm that now had become once again one with Glem Arkadia. Destruction and death ravage the plane and the hopes of a bright future are rapidly disappearing in its inhabitants. The conclave of the Eons is now reunited after thousands of years: will their wills reunited menage to restrain Thrantrax and his Word of Annhilation?
Macnam is a bizarrely modernized plane. The small feudal villages are made of concrete and glass, roads between forests of lighted posts are covered in cold pitch, and harvester-behemoths and rotor-dragons fly over seas of chlorinated water. The priests of the Mobile Order fight to keep humanity united, opposed by the powerful Nuclear Union.

In the time of despair, loyalty shifted to those with promise of salvation.
