They're still lands.
When Fortress of Blossoms leaves the battlefield, each player shuffles all exiled cards he or she owns into his or her library.

Choose a creature you control. You may return a creature card with the same name from your graveyard to your hand, then reveal the top four cards of your library and put any number of creature cards with the same name revealed in this way into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
