The ability is not worth four mana or a card: it relies on the opponent to do something they may never do, even in a limited environment (extra benefit on Declaration in Stone isn't enough to justify it). What this is is a small, techy upside to put on something that would already playable otherwise, like a 1/1 flying spirit for U. Or just make it investigate for itself. I'd still cut the cost though. 3/10

This card is way too similar to Necromantic Selection except your card is generally better. The flavor of your card is awesome tho. 6/10
Whenever a creature dies, its controller may exile it. If he or she does, that player may return a creature card of his or her choice from his or her graveyard onto the battlefield.
Next: Design a green/blue hybrid card that would be a cube/modern staple.
